They make me feel at ease and they treat me with respect and I feel I've still got my dignity. They talk to me the whole time they are here and we sometimes have a little joke and that makes my day. Don't know what I'd do without them.
Excellent service that we've had for something like a year now. Thank you to the manager who set the service up. Lovely, regular and well trained staff, so helpful to both my parents. We really have peace of mind, knowing my parents are so well cared for. Staff were so kind and helpful when my dad was in hospital looking after my mum. Excellent service, extremely pleased. Thank you so much.
I would recommend Choices Homecare for care as they have been excellent with my husband. Very patient and caring, making myself and my husband feel at ease from day 1.

My service continues to be good. I have 2 regular carers who are highly satisfactory. When they are on holiday or days off, known carers are acceptable and efficient. Obviously better as they become familiar with service user needs.
My mam is delighted with all aspects of the service of Choices Homecare. The carers are all respectful and friendly and sometimes over and above what we expect of the service. Thank you to you all.

Very pleasant and efficient. Went through my care plan, making suggestion and offering some options which will improve my day to day quality of life.
We needed some respite care for only a week whilst the family was on holiday. The care packages were explained in detail, just needed a call in service twice a day. All went well for the week. A further week from the 27th of October to the 1st of November has been arranged together with a weekly bathing/hair care call of 45 minutes. As time goes by we may consider meals to be provided to be accessed due to the capabilities of the client.
My uncle likes all the carers who visit. He is happy to tell them what he needs and helps them, which is a benefit to his day. They always cheer him up!
We have been using TLC for around a year now and always had very good care for my Father, who is not always the most cooperative of characters to deal with, but all carried out gently and professionally. Very Many Thanks.
My mum has had TLC now for a couple of years she praises her carers and has a good relationship with them both. They always are friendly and compassionate in their work. I have recommended the company to numerous people as I work in healthcare. These girls do a fantastic job.
We are very pleased with the care that my mum gets. Everyone is so kind and caring. After a few initial teething problems, everything is great. In fact, my uncle is moving to you on the 9th of June from his existing care provider. Really like the fact I can see the visits on my emails too. The Manager, Care Coordinator and Assessment and Reviewing Officer have been very efficient with any queries and your carer (think she covers Mum on a regular basis) is always so friendly and caring when I'm over visiting Mum. Many thanks to you all.

My honest opinion of TLC care workers are to be given a medal for their care to people who cannot help themselves, or a box of fancy chocolate would not go amiss. Your care team are gifted with exceptional methods of care e.g methods of care, equipment, handling methods (bed-bound), support in movements, working together.
All the staff who deliver the service are caring and very professional.
New carer has only been coming for a week but has already built a supportive relationship with my elderly mum who has Alzheimer's, dementia and mobility issues. Carer encourages her to walk and praises her achievements which makes her feel good. Thank you.
