Very happy with the care and support provided by Bluebird Care Stafford. Carers very attentive, punctual and professional. Would have no hesitation in recommending them to anyone looking for an extremely high level of care.

Being the first time we have needed care for my dad, we have been very happy with everything provided. The communication has been great, dealt with professionally between me and my brother. When medication was added, it was no problem. All the teams have arrived on time and nothing too much trouble. It really helps my dad with a good start to the day.

I am the primary carer for a severely disabled wife and have been for the last 5 years. During that time I have tried unsuccessfully to have some respite. I used a local care home last Spring for a few days - worked okay, but not the one-to-one care my wife deserves. This year I planned to do the same again - a care home had no available beds for respite. This is where Bluebird stepped in. They arranged a live-in carer who we had met before. Domiciliary visits were arranged alongside the main carer to help with some aspects of my wife's care. I had a 2-night break. The whole experience with Bluebird was absolutely superb. One-to-one care in our own home with wonderful staff. The whole team went way beyond what was necessary. The choice of live-in carer was inspired - a truly wonderful person. I now have the confidence to arrange more 'breaks' safe in the knowledge all will be good. So, thank you, Bluebird Stafford.

I find the service provider to be of high quality and nothing seems too much trouble for them. Their final comments are always "Is there anything else we can do before we go?"

The change in my mum has been amazing since she started having carers. She is livelier, more alert, happier in herself and has a definite glow to her. The routine is tailor-made and suits her needs to a tee. The stress and worry have been taken off me and I now look forward to spending quality time with my mum.

Since starting almost two years ago, we have found Bluebird Care to be very professional, caring and extremely supportive to us, as a family. Having their support enables Mum to stay in her own home and remain safe and cared for. Mum benefits hugely from the social interaction as well!

Very good care by professional friendly staff. Very proactive in reporting and discussing possible problems, e.g a red patch of skin that could possibly result in a pressure sore with possible preventative actions on both their and my part.

The care package being purchased and then provided by Bluebird is ideal and meets our requirements. The care is personalised and both my aunt and uncle feel safe and are well cared for by regular carers.
