I have found the care and support very satisfactory and the carers in the whole efficient, gentle and kind. As regards the 'rota' I would wish to be advised before changing my attendance times, as on occasions difficulties have arisen when I have not asked if I agree. In total, I am satisfied with my general care.
From the start, they have been polite, considerate and professional. 100% reliable service. They are caring almost to being outside the brief they listen to problems and make helpful suggestions that might sort things out. Overall, I am very happy with their service.

From the moment I contacted the care company, very pleasant over the phone a prompt appointment was made and an assessment of the care we needed was very caring and professional. We have found the care package to be absolutely brilliant and has gone far beyond our expectations.

Rotas received late on many occasions (should be received Saturday, not the following Tuesday)!
Very professional approach, listened carefully to our needs, attentive and friendly approach at all times. Timekeeping excellent but never hurried or make us feel they are anxious to be moving on. Attention to detail in the physical well-being of their client's needs is excellent. More care in making sure carers speak enough English to be understood would be appreciated.

The gentleman is always on time. Does anything I require. He talks to my husband about Chelsea and all football, my husband has dementia. I have no complaints.
We commenced using this service in August 2019 and are very pleased with how things have settled down after a rather uncertain start when we saw too many individuals. We have now a regular carer who has established an excellent personal relationship with my wife. The service has proved flexible to our needs, and our confidence is such that we shall be moving from the basic, we started with a service tailored to our needs, which I am sure will increase the ratings which currently reflect the initial bedding in process.
