In addition I make use of the application provided by the Company which gives me my brothers rota and feedback comments following each visit.
The staff are so great. Make both my parents feel at ease. My mum can be a bit fierce and snappy at times but the girls understand her illness and work with her Such a reliable service and it puts us at ease knowing that they go in daily. Especially due to my work it's difficult to go regularly and tend to them.
We have had the pleasure of using HRM's services for around 5 months now and we can't recommend them enough. Every caregiver we have met has been exceptionally friendly and helpful to our family member who receives the care. On top of providing routine physical care, each and every one of them will find the time to chat to our family member and always leaves a positive impression. Thank you HRM for your wonderful services!
I have a great rapport with my regular carers, both morning and afternoon. I look forward to seeing them and they uplift my spirits. I have requested additional times with my regular carers and if this can be met that would be perfect. I also have good relations with the office staff who can be very accommodating.

Mum is provided with excellent care. HRM Homecare Services and staff are always friendly and helpful. Staff are trustworthy and very professional. The family overall has established a good, warming relationship with staff.
My stepfather receives great care from the carers. Communication is great and they inform us with all relevant information. Having the app really helps to keep us informed at all times. My stepfather is happy with all the carers that visit him.
Most staff are truly wonderful and caring, this month would have had 5 stars, if it wasn't for one incident where there was a delay. I wish I could name all the staff as they are very caring and friendly towards my mum, also when she can do things they enable her to do these.
I am happy with the assistance my son receives. Carers are great and attentive to his needs and are always pleasant and helpful as he can be stubborn and lazy at times due to brain damage, they treat him well.
I can't thank your carers enough for how well they have treated my dad. He feels very well cared for, as do I. I feel very well kept up to date with his care and if I've forgotten to get anything for him a wee note is always left. Thank you so much for everything you do for us.
Very good company, keep in contact with you and keep you up to date with everything and how things are going, carers look after client very well always have a chat with her and make sure she is okay.

My mother is very happy with the service she receives. The carers visit at regular times and are helpful and caring. My mother likes the continuity of care she receives from carers she knows and trusts.
I’ve very happy with the care my mother receives on a daily basis while I’m at work. The staff are very friendly and have made my Mother’s Day to day life a little easier and for that I’m very grateful.
The carers I have at the moment are very caring, polite and efficient, also very observant. There have been carers in the past where I have had to ask to do things - Have been not observant - leaving draws open after use - creams and things lying on the floor. I have found lack of communication with management poor
My carer’s come in three times a day and are very helpful, they are very good. If you ask them to do something for you if it is possible, they will do it. They are superb they do what they do they come at a good time in the morning and at nighttime.
Mixed review - some very good carers and other carers who do not care. some carers do not seem to know their responsibilities and others seem to suit themselves about the times of visits.

HRM Homecare Services - South West office/admin staff and the carers are always very accommodating. Taking on board feedback and additional requests. My mum appreciates her carers who all have a friendly manner and complete all requested tasks. I particularly like the tag system to check the carers feedback and updates. This is very reassuring.
In the five-plus years, my mum has utilised HRM Homecare Services, the staff who provide direct, hands-on care are excellent. Compassionate, caring, friendly, helpful staff who have my mum's interests and care at the heart of their work. Sadly, the continued poor communication and interactions from local office/staff based here remain a bugbear and have never really improved. Such a shame that the office/management layer lets down the excellent direct care given.
