The Independent Home Care Team have been looking after my relative further to a hospital stay in September 2024. When she came home, she was virtually bedbound. However, thanks to the wonderful care and encouragement from the Team, she is now mobilising and has regained some independence. I cannot thank Independent enough for everything they continue to do. I live quite a distance from her so it is very reassuring for me that she is being cared for and treated with kindness. She calls her carers her "angels" and is always pleased to see them; there is a wonderful relationship between her and all her carers. I was confident that she is in good hands from the initial assessment. Communication is excellent and if I ever have a query or need help, someone is always there for me too. Thank you all!

We have been using Independent Homecare for 1 year and I would highly recommend this company. The staff have always been professional and go above and beyond to ensure Mum is cared for with dignity and respect. The carers always ask on their service call if Mum needs help with any tasks that she may want to try and do herself. The company always ensure that I am informed of any concerns they may have which shows they genuinely look after their clients. Thank you to all the team for their continued hard work and the not forgetting the staff in the office.

I am so impressed with Independent Homecare, they have been so kind and supportive of my parents. All of the carers are proactive in anticipating their needs or identifying a difficulty and then either referring on to other services or taking action themselves. It is such a relief to know that I can rely on Independent Homecare to help my parents remain as independent as possible.

The Independent Homecare Team have been caring and supporting me since November 2022. During all this time I have found them extremely dependable. They are honest, and kind and always do what they say they will do and have always treated me with respect. I am so happy I have them to turn to since my family do not live close by. I am 89 years old with a few friends of a similar age so they are too old to help me with problems.

We have been using the home care team to look after our mum since December 2023. The care she has received has been great. Mum is happy to see a smiling face and the ladies always show interest and listen to her. The staff are very professional in their work and nothing is too much trouble. Communication whether by phone, email or app is excellent. We would happily recommend them!

As a family, we have been absolutely delighted with the care my mother has received over the last few months. The care staff are reliable, trustworthy and extremely professional in all aspects of their work. Our mother has built strong relationships with the carers who attend her three times a day. Nothing is too much trouble for them and as a family, we are kept informed at all times. The care she has received has meant that she has been able to remain independent in her own home. We have complete peace of mind knowing that Mum is so well looked after.

My lovely mum has been receiving care from Independent Homecare Team for the last 4 years. I cannot fault the support they give me and my mum, it has been amazing. At times I have been brought near to tears by how lovely they are when caring for her. I have received messages, with suggestions of things to buy my mum, to make her life easier. They definitely go 'the extra mile'. When she was hospitalized I was in regular contact with the team trying to sort things out, and it was never too much. They truly are a fantastic team.

My carers are always warm, polite and helpful in every way, the whole team of carers that look after me treat me as if part of a big family. I thought I could not remain in my home (eventually). We are so lucky to have carers like they all are, especially the ones I personally have.

We were looking for the right people to look after Dad and we have found them. Very caring and friendly girls who are very professional in every aspect of their work. Having the Independent Homecare Team look after Dad has made life so much easier, knowing that he is getting the right service from a great team.

The standard of care these girls provide is excellent. They cared for my dad for 9 months until recently, when he passed away. We would highly recommend them. Nothing is too much trouble, you won't find a better care team. The office really do go above and beyond to help you when you need it. A big thank you for all you did.

I have nothing but thanks and praise for the lovely ladies who look after my dad. They provide an excellent standard of care, delivered in a kind and friendly manner. They always make time for a chat with my dad, who looks forward to their visits. They quickly identify any additional needs my dad may have and liaise with me to ensure the best care for him. The team working in the office are friendly, helpful and reassuring. Five stars all around for Independent Homecare Team.

The standard of care these ladies provide my mum is excellent, they are reliable and competent in all areas of care. I feel confident when going to work that my mum is well looked after but most of all Mum really likes everyone in the team!

Was using another care agency to support my mum and decided to move to Independent Homecare Team, and was so pleased that I did. Independent Homecare Team has a great team who really do care about the welfare of their clients. They were always responsive to changing needs, and on occasions, achieved outcomes with other health partners that I know I would have struggled to obtain the same result. As my mum neared end of life, they were a great support at a difficult time. I can’t thank them enough.

Absolute first-class care. My father has both lung cancer and dementia. The care package that is being delivered is absolutely first class in every way. The carers are friendly and ensure my father has all his needs in place, but they also take time out to ensure that he is okay and they like to have a catch up with him. The previous care company we employed simply administered medication with no interaction at all. This is a total reversal. I cannot recommend this company enough.

Dad has used Homecare for quite a while now and I have to say that the service from all the carers has been exceptional including the office based workers. Communication is excellent via the app and phone calls if there are any problems. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending them to anybody! Thank you for looking after my dad so well!

My nan used to be independent for the last two to three years of her life and we cannot thank them enough. Wonderful care, service and carers. So trusting and reliable in all areas of the job. They went above and beyond to care for my nan even with her elevated needs of care. Nan had a colostomy bag and to ensure her needs were met at all times extra training was provided for any member of staff not in the know. Brilliant communication and so on the ball with her ever-changing and endless medication. I don’t think we could have done it without them. I genuinely cannot thank and recommend them enough. Thanks, ladies x

Independent Homecare has been looking after mum for several years now and we have always been really happy with the service they provide. Their carers all take time to get to know mum and treat her with respect, dignity and real care. They go above and beyond their required remit, are always reliable and we would have no problem recommending them to anyone. We have had the experience with other care agencies and none have come close to standards that Independent Homecare has set, they truly stand out in how they provide real care.

Independent Homecare Team were recommended to us and we have already recommended them to another friend. We have been delighted with the service provided over the last two years. All the carers without exception have been brilliant with Mum, even when she was in a grumpy mood! The company always alerted us promptly when there were issues. The office staff were always friendly and helpful. They stepped the service even further up when things became difficult in the last weeks before Mum moved to a nursing home.
