View Full Details of Purely CareThe neighbour was quite a difficult person to get along with, so she needed to be handled carefully, which the staff did. I'm so very happy with the staff in sometimes a difficult situation.
Over the past three weeks the care I have been given has been excellent. I have been looked after very well and have been treated with dignity and respect. I have enjoyed the company.
Happy service. Carers are polite.
Initially, I was not keen on having carers helping me to shower but decided to give it a try. I have no regrets. The half dozen or so carers that have visited have been friendly, kind, efficient and punctual. I have been impressed with how quickly they remember how much, or how little help I need. They all seem genuinely interested in the activities of my family and happy to talk about their own families. The administration was not brilliant at first but has recently improved considerably. All in all, I feel in safe hands.

I am washed and dressed daily and I receive the most wonderful care. I have made good friends with my carers. They treat me with respect and understanding of my situation and comfort me when I’m upset, I enjoy our daily chats. The administration team are helpful and accommodate my appointments and changes of plans. My emailed care planner is very useful and helps me keep track of visits as I have memory problems. Overall I am happy with the team.
I have nothing but praise for this service. My mother is treated with respect and kindness.

We have been very satisfied with the service, particularly the consistency of having the same carer for over a year, with the same replacement for holidays each time. Both have been very professional with a very supportive attitude.

My present carer would not be better. Helpful, kind and friendly. My health has improved under her care.
The care provided for my husband and the care received is 100%. Any queries you ring the office, and it is dealt with; they will ring you back. I have had other care agencies, but they are the best. I think they need acknowledgement; it's so easy to criticise and hear bad things, and not enough good.
All carers helped Dad in every aspect of his day to day tasks.
I have carers coming morning and evening and they have been pleasant and helpful. During a review, I requested later evening visits and they have endeavoured to do this when possible, i.e. later than 7pm.
I have daily members of Purely Care workforce and they help with tasks I cannot do or find difficult. They also provide someone to provide company as I live alone.
Purely Care supported me from 16th April - 12th June 2018, 45 mins am and 30 mins pm. I wasn't always well, but latterly I learned a great deal from the carers, particularly about personal care, and preparing meals. Mostly the carers had a positive attitude and sometimes did too much for me. All were polite and friendly. I was sad to say goodbye, but I'm coping so far without a carer. I would recommend Purely Care to friends and family. Thank you for your support, I wish you all well and success for the staff, manager and business. Enjoy the summer. Kind regards.
I have been very impressed by Purely Care so far. Initially an emergency package, the carers could not have done a better job, introducing my brother to a new way of living. Previously cared for my our elderly mother, with just 2 visits a day from a carer, he is now growing in independence and self-confidence is encouraged as he is and supported by his new live-in carers. The carers themselves inspire confidence and trust and have been very flexible and understanding, indeed, as helpful as they could be. It is a relief to know that my brother is in the best of good hands. I think the contrast of personalities is also good for him. The office is very helpful and the changeover was well managed.
