Everycare provide brilliant care to my mother. The other staff are efficient, caring and responsive. The carers are so lovely. They look after Mum with so much thought and love. They are reliable, thoughtful and have become real friends. Thank you.

My only regret is how often the carer and time change from that on the rota sent. But I realise this is inevitable.

The care and attention that both my parents receive from the carers is excellent. The carers are happy and positive and give the correct level of encouragement. Nothing is too much trouble. The management are especially helpful when we have had to make short notice changes to the help required.

Everycare have been brilliant. They have been looking after my wife, really pleased. We did try other care companies and really glad we found Everycare in Tunbridge Wells. The carers were excellent and the office staff really helped, making my life a lot easier.

The love, care and expertise of Everycare carers were an absolute joy and gave me such a feeling of being totally supported and in the final days of my mother's life as it turned out.

The staff at Everycare have been superb. They built up a superb rapport with Mum and have looked after her really well. I cannot rate highly enough.

I like my carers visiting me and looking after me, doing my hair, painting my nails and cleaning my flat. Some of them take me out. When my washing machine broke the girls took my washing to the laundrette. When my dad is with me they look after him too. They do my hoovering very well and look after my babies (teddy bears) and water my plants so they don't die. They buy me flowers as my mum died. They keep me warm with blankets.

Despite all the difficulties of the Covid virus, Everycare still managed to provide an excellent service. The carers and office staff were very helpful and went the extra mile to make sure everything went well.

I was very impressed with all levels of care. All care workers were very respectful and made my father feel very comfortable. They also kept me up to date with anything additional that was required.
