All the carers are very freidnly, efficient and show genuine care for my mother. They point out if they see any sores etc on Mum's body. I have nothing but praise for them all.

We are very satisfied and happy with Skillcare services and all the help provided by the carers. Carers are very understanding and kind towards my dad's needs.

Dad was placed on palliative care at the end of August. He slowly deteriorated and this last month took to his bed. His two main carers were so gentle with him. On his last night with us, they made him comfortable in bed and said goodnight to him, see him in the morning. Unfortunately, Dad passed, but I believe he felt settled when the boys put him to bed as he went within 15 mins. I will miss their care for Dad, they were brilliant, and it was the right decision to change agency.

Your staff have been excellent in every way. My wife has COPD and is always fighting for breath. The two girls treat her with kindness and gentleness, and my wife really loves them. I cannot "myself" thank them enough for what they do. Thank you.

We are very happy with the service we have and are receiving from Skillcare Ltd. The carers are very caring/supportive to my mother as well as the rest of the family. It is a joy and less stressful to know my mum is receiving the care she well deserves.

Month of June, drop in standard, certain care workers refusing simple tasks. My mother is the easiest of all your patient, yet a small request was declined because it's "not on the list". Well, sometimes, they need to think outside of the box, taking all into account.

Skillcare is a very professional care company. The management is exceptional, ensuring that clients feel well looked after. Both management, staff and carers are very respectful, understanding and polite. They know exactly how to make their clients feel special and important. They are very trustworthy, very intelligent and gentle. Dignity is so important, and they provide that at all times. We feel so happy to be in their care.

Skillcare is a very professional company offering excellent, respect and understanding. They make the client feel looked after very well using expertise, respect, gentle approach and friendly manner. Their work is carried out with cleanliness and tidiness and respect for the home. The carers are polite and educated, and we respect them and feel so happy they are visiting our home. Trustworthy!

Some of the carers are very good and reliable, and some not reliable. If they cannot start early morning, they should let the office know when they get their rotas.
