He was always treated with dignity and respect. The 24-hour live-in care given by one of the carers was outstanding, she is a true caring person.
We have used Right at Home to care for Dad for the last seven years. Having them visit him twice a day we are sure is the reason we kept in his home - healthy and happy. We always found the staff to be friendly and approachable, if there were any problems with Dad or his health they would be in contact quickly so we could sort him out. The office staff were always quick to respond to any queries we had and again were always friendly. Many thanks for your years of caring.
The only experience we have had has been very good. We are both treated with friendliness and respect and my husband is looked after so well. Every person we have met have been lovely.
My carer has provided me with excellent help since starting and can be relied on, everything that is needed will be taken care of. I am comfortable and at ease with my carer. I felt at first a little uncomfortable having a complete stranger to attend to my needs, I need not have worried, as her outlook and consideration was impeccable. She is a hard worker and treats my home just as I like it. Thank you.
My husband has only been having your services for two weeks. We are so pleased with the care and understanding from the carer. My husband looks forward to seeing her each morning, it really cheers him up for the rest of the day. We will certainly keep using your service as it's excellent care.
Really impressed with the care provided by this agency. From the initial assessment visit through to providing personal care my dad was treated with respect. Despite not being able to verbalise he was included in the conversation and his ‘thumbs ups’ were acknowledged. Sadly dads condition deteriorated and he passed away. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this agency to family or friends.
I have been using the Right at Home care services for the last 3 months and I am so happy with the care they have provided my mum. The care team are brilliant, kind, thoughtful and go the extra mile to make sure Mum looks lovely each day. They assist with her personal care and meals and ensure she takes her medication. The management team are easy to access and happy to assist with any additional needs. The digital app also means I can instantly read how Mum is after each visit, I can't thank the team enough for their great service.
My elderly mother has experienced problems in getting the right level of care from her GP surgery which has led to a deterioration in a long-term health condition. Right at Home carers took decisive action and contacted the GP surgery immediately to make sure Mum got the right level of care resulting in a GP phone consultation that day and a home visit from a district nurse. A carer then met me and Mum at short notice to discuss an update to her care plan. She was extremely helpful and supportive and I am grateful for their professionalism and care. All the Right at Home carers who have cared for my mum have been brilliant and I can't thank them enough.
I have been a client of Right at Home for many years. The support I get is wonderful. I have built very good relationships with my support workers. I feel Right at Home work very hard to meet my needs.
My father has limited family around him, so a service like this is crucial to him and his family members abroad. It's wonderful to have such flexibility to enable Dad to stay in his own home which is most important to him. The added benefits are to have regular visits to monitor his well-being and to give him company.
Please ensure that the team remains the same for my usage in the future!
Mum has been using Right at Home for about 4 years and is overall very satisfied. Most carers have been very kind and helpful and complete the tasks on the care plan. The admin staff are also friendly and do their best to carry out additional requests.

I have been with Right at Home since 2014, I can’t fault the carers at all as they support me with every with my daily care needs. I feel confident enough to raise any concerns I may have with the manager. Just one small issue is when I have a change on my rota, and the app doesn’t update for everyone due to technical issues. Just to have a courtesy call, otherwise I am extremely happy with the service.
Overall, very good. Some variation in care task implementation. Charge of £5 to cash/pay by cheque not justified (true cost is 43p). When hospital appointment is notified to me, I do not get fourteen days' notice so charging the client is unjustified for not giving fourteen days' notice to Right at Home. I am pleased to be a client of Right at Home.

I have a carer for half an hour each day, which is vital for me. All have been excellent and will do any task I want. I regard them all as friends. I have never been let down over the last five months.
In the main, Mum's carers are caring, experienced, knowledgable and a pleasure to have in our home.

On the very odd occasion when I've found the need to raise an issue it has been dealt with swiftly. I would have no hesitation in recommending this organisation to anyone seeking care for a loved one.
