My family and I would like to thank the manager and her team who took care of our dad during the last 3 1/2 years of his life. Our dad already had complex medical needs by the time the Caring Company started caring for him. Our dad's care was complicated as he also developed dementia in his last 2 years and his wife was unable to care for him. The manager and the Caring Company went above and beyond to care for our dad. Our family is spread across the UK meaning that our dad did not have daily familial support on hand, but the manager and her team became that support for him. They treated him with compassion and understanding, personalising their time with our dad, so he felt comfortable and safe in his own home. There are so many instances that the manager and her team made sure that Dad's changing needs were accommodated, even at very short notice. Nothing was too much trouble for the manager and her team. We have no hesitation in recommending the manager and her team at The Caring Company.

This company went above and beyond in their care for my mother, in her last weeks. From the initial meeting to the last day of their support, every single individual was empathetic, professional and dedicated to ensuring Mum was treated with dignity, respect and compassion. She was always the centre of all conversation, whether chatty or professional and she really appreciated the genuine warmth shown. We had very difficult days which included failed air mattresses which the team took in their stride with positivity and good humour, despite the enormous physical and tactical difficulties it presented and we appreciated the team more than we could possibly convey. We cannot recommend this company highly enough, and would strongly urge anyone to call the manager if you are looking for an excellent dependable care team to support you during the most vulnerable of times. And if anyone is considering a role as a carer, I would strongly recommend this as the team to join, learn from the best.
