She is very fond and trusting of her regular carer, and looks forward to the daily visits. Since settling on a regular time, it has provided greater stability. I am very grateful for the service provided by those in the office and very much appreciate receiving the weekly care rota. They have also been extremely helpful and supportive when contacting the district nurses.
My aunt is looked after really well for last few years by all who care for her and would not be able to remain in her own home if not for the carers.
My carers are excellent.
I have been receiving care for many years, 4 helps daily. Avantre have proved so caring and helpful. I strongly recommend them.
We are now in a routine after a rocky start. All the carers are very food and give an excellent service. This is a great improvement on the previous care companies we have had.
99% of the time I have experienced at least twice a day an excellent visit from the carer. Each one arrives in a very cheerful way. The care I receive is faultless. 1% of the time the care has been inadequate by not washing all parts of my body. I very much appreciate receiving the care rota every week.
The service I get from Avante is very good. Sometimes carers are a bit late getting here but I don't think enough time is given for them to travel between visits. When they are here they do whatever is required. Some are more thorough than others but I am happy with their work. Very cheerful ladies and always have time for a chat. I wish the fees were less!

In most cases I have found the carers to be very good or excellent - always friendly and polite. However, I do feel that the pay they get is most inadequate for the work they do and the often unsocial hours they work. I would be happy to pay more for such a service.
Arrival times later than I would like, but a good service when there.
The carers are very kind and understanding. They are often ready to offer extra time if/when required. They are very friendly and empathetic. They are quite professional, putting the needs of the patient at the fore.
Happy with the carers themselves but scheduling leaves a lot to be desired. Booked for 4:30-5 pm and they arrive at anytime but. Recently it has been 3:15 pm. The morning call should be 10:30-11 pm and this week she arrived at 11:10. She said we were scheduled for 11:20. When carers first came they always cleaned the shower afterwards. This isn’t done anymore.

Our experience of Avante Home Care and Support so far has been excellent. The staff are so caring and kind and have all the time for my nan in the 4 weeks of the care she has received so far. My nan has been treated with great dignity and the company has helped us as a family restore our trust in a care company.
The people who come in the morning are very kind and help me. They are excellent. They make sure I am clean and well dressed and have my medicine. Then they help me organise my breakfast. I like them chatting to me.
I'm very happy with my carer, she is always bright and cheerful when she comes to me and helps me a lot with doing things with me that I find hard to do. We have a good chat and a laugh which is what I need as much as assistance for washing and dressing. I've only just returned to Avante since the pandemic because I need more help now.
During the summer, a member of the Avante care staff supported my mother, who uses a wheelchair, to attend my daughter’s wedding. She kindly supported my mother in being ready for the wedding, she then drove her to the venue, a journey of over an hour. Once at the wedding, she looked after my mother’s needs, from fetching her food and drinks throughout the day, to positioning her so that she could chat to other guests and assisting her with her personal care as required. Towards the end of the day, when my mother was tired, she then drove my mother home and assisted her with her evening care ready for bed. I can not speak more highly of the calm, dignified and attentive way in which she supported my mother so that she was able to attend an important family celebration. Without this support, it would not have been possible for my mother to be part of our wonderful day.
All the carers, office staff and field staff are excellent and nothing is too much trouble. We trusted them completely to look after Mum, visiting twice a day and looking after her with such care and professionalism, helping to make her feel safe and cared for in her own home.

This is based on my previous employment as a carer and looking after my mother full time before 2 carers at one time became necessary. Both carers and management are very supportive with the care of my mother.
My son has just started receiving companion care from Avante, and we couldn't be happier. The level of care he receives is exactly what we require, and communication between myself and Avante is second to none. I'd highly recommend this service, and thanks to Avante, I now have quality time to myself.
