We have had White House Homecare Services Ltd now 3 years the level of care and help and support is excellent very reliable. Would highly recommend for all home care services they are always on time and very professional.

White House support my husband who has dementia. The care is given in a professional and friendly way and he very much enjoys the interaction. I feel very comfortable being away from the home in the knowledge that my husband is safe and happy in their company. We both trust the people from White House implicitly as our family have been using them to support various family members over many years.

My parents have used the services of White House Care for a number of years now. They were originally brought in to deal with the giving of their medication. However they always contact me if they have come across any other issues and have arranged meetings with myself and other family members to discuss whether there is anything else they can do in the time slots arranged. The fact that my parents see the same carers is a huge positive and I would recommend their services to anyone.

I can highly recommend this provider. The staff gave very personalised care to my mother who had vascular dementia. As she gradually needed more help, they very flexible and were quick to respond to meet her needs and that of the family. Two friendly, professional team members provided all the care which was very reassuring to know that I could totally trust that she would be well looked after by people she was familiar with.

I was at my wits end trying to get care in place for my father, I was let down by numerous companies but fortunately Whitehouse Homecare stepped up to help. After more than 2 years caring for my father I am so pleased we got them to help. Always on time, no missed calls, pleasant and efficient and keep you up to date if there is a problem. Small company and highly recommend them.

My family member has been receiving care from White House Homecare since January 2024. After a very sensitively handled start we now don't know how we managed without them. The professional, caring staff have given our relative back their dignity, pride in their hygiene and appearance again. Staff have put procedures in place for daily medication and handle all aspects of day-to-day care. We cannot thank them enough. Always there to support with a friendly smile.

I would like to thank you for being so great with my dad who didn't want carers and accepted you straight away because he sees the same people all the time. You are really good with him and keep in contact with us over any concerns and take time to talk to him. Thank you for putting us at ease knowing my dad is cared for when we can't be there all the time with all living out of town.

I cannot recommend this company highly enough, they are a fantastic team of very caring people. They looked after my elderly mother who was suffering from Parkinson’s Disease for many years until she passed away. They always treated her with respect and dignity, something which I found was seriously lacking with other companies we had the misfortune to have been involved with.

My parents have really appreciated the carers and their reliability, flexibility and care. For my father coming at a set time each day is very important so the fact that they are usually prompt is much appreciated. If there is a problem they have phoned in advance. All communication has been helpful and regular. They have been consistent in the appropriate use of PPE throughout this difficult time. They achieve a lot in their allotted time. We would certainly recommend their services to others.

The team at White House Homecare Services have been providing care for my two elderly parents for the past year and I have been delighted with the level of care and compassion the team has delivered. Both parents have had big challenges in their lives after being diagnosed with dementia and one parent suffered a stroke but the team at White House Homecare Services give me the peace of mind that they are being well looked after. The White House team provide both med and mealtimes calls. My parents look forward to seeing the White House Homecare Services team and look forward to seeing them on a daily basis. We could not be happier with the services White House provide and would highly recommend them to anyone needing a 10/10 care provider!

I find the carers very helpful. They give me my tablets daily and tell me what time of day I should have them. Occasionally, they have helped to hang the washing out and change the duvet cover. They have also rung my doctor to come when I was in pain with gout. They make me a coffee when they arrive and check I've had breakfast. They will post a letter when asked. Periodically, I am checked by them for Covid 19.

Unfortunately found ourselves in a situation where my dad's wife was taken into hospital, and the care team have been amazing, so helpful and supportive to both me and my dad. As I live quite far away, knowing my dad has the best of care has been invaluable to me.

I would have no hesitation in recommending White house Homecare Services. My Mother received two visits per day and her care was excellent. White House was in regular contact with us regarding her care and any potential issues. Thanks to White House my Mother was able to remain in her own home for years longer than might otherwise have been the case.

White House carers have been outstanding in the care of my mother for several years. The manager always responded quickly and appropriately to the growing care needs of my mother. The carers were so kind and diligent in the care of my mother, particularly in her final weeks. She was treated as a person with dignity and affection. She became great friends with them and both my parents looked forward to their increasing visits. Thank you so much for looking after her so well.
