View Full Details of Trinity HomecareMy Mum has been a client for over two years. In that time she has been looked after extremely well with morning and evening carers. We greatly appreciated that she had the same carer 13 mornings out of 14 and just two different carers in the evening. The support from the office was immense and they were always available should we have a query. We have nothing but praise for Trinity.
Trinity Homecare looked after my Mum in her home after she was diagnosed with Dementia. Mum was apprehensive at first at the thought of carers coming into her home but soon saw them as friends rather than carers and really enjoyed their visits. Mum is now in a care home but regularly asks how the carers are and I would recommend Trinity Homecare to anyone who is looking for care for their older relatives.
During the month in question we expanded and changed the pattern of attendance in an endeavour to meet the more challenging needs presented. We increased the number of daytime hours and introduced cover which served the hours from 22-00 hours to 07-00 hours. Trinity Care responded to these needs immediately and, wherever possible, endeavoured to provide continuity of personnel. At all times the care provided was tailored to need, caring, thoughtful and compassionate. As well as the carers who attended, those who managed and administered the care were also caring, thoughtful and immediate in response. This was particularly true when matters took a more serious turn and immediate additional support was needed.
My husband has been a client of Trinity Homecare since December 2022. Overall, we have experienced a good level of service since that time. Most of the carers who provide care for my husband are kind, courteous and professional, as are senior staff. However, both my husband and I feel that the service we get could have been excellent if we had regular carers. We understand and accept there are times when this is not possible. However, of late we are getting told a certain carer is assigned for my husband's care, only to find it being changed at the very last minute, we find this disruptive and unacceptable.
My dad has been looked after by Trinity Homecare for 3 visits a day since March 2023. In the first week of July, my dad’s health worsened significantly and he needed more care than normal, which came in the form of doubling up the carers at each visit and each visit taking much longer than before. During this time, I was in almost daily contact with staff (sometimes more than once a day), my main contact, to discuss my dad’s needs and occasionally with another carer, again for the same reason. The carers that have looked after my dad since March have always been very conscientious in the care that they have given him. However, during the very difficult time, their care was absolutely fantastic and just couldn’t be faulted and I thank each and every one of them for their efforts. I would highly recommend Trinity Homecare to anyone that needs their help, in the most strongest of terms and have even said the same to one of their directors who I just, totally unexpectedly, happened to bump into.
Trinity Homecare came to the rescue of our family who after a recent bereavement and further illness, were in an extraordinarily difficult position around the care of my dad. Trinity Homecare helped to get live in care support within 48 hours and then as our needs have changed have flexed and adapted. There is a complete feeling of trust between the family and Trinity and Dad receives excellent care from the group of lovely skilled people who work with him. Would thoroughly recommend.
I am paraplegic in in my 80s and Trinity Home Care have looked after me perfectly for several years. My health requires careful management, and this has not been a problem. I look forward to the support I receive for my future years.
Trinity Homecare have been caring for my mum for many months and I am very impressed with their care and attention. They are extremely professional in all matters relating to her care and medication. The carers are all very friendly and chatty to Mum which is a comfort to her. I am always notified if Mum is unwell or they have any concerns about her. I initially chose Trinity Homecare because I had previous positive recommendations from another elderly lady that they had cared for and I am pleased to say that I am very happy that I did.
Trinity Homecare have been caring for my mum for the last few months and did an excellent job. All the staff members, carers and office staff, were professional and cared. They alerted surgery and myself when necessary if they felt Mum was in danger in anyway. I could relax when the carer was there, knowing that they helped Mum in any way they could and updating me every day electronically, which was easy to understand and use. The fact that somebody is on the end of the phone every day is also reassuring.
This is the first time we have arranged a live-in carer for my mum, and I found the process really easy. A very informative initial phone call followed by written confirmation of all the details, an assessment of my mum’s needs by the local manager, who was very helpful and then notes on the carers available. I was able to ring our choice of carer in advance for a chat, and she proved to be excellent. She was very kind and competent, and Mum got on very well with her, and I was totally reassured that Mum would be safe and contented while I was away.
Trinity Homecare had been caring for my 101-year-old grandmother for the past two years. As a family, we couldn't have asked for better care. The staff were incredibly helpful and friendly and the level of care and compassion were the best we could hope for. The administrative side of things was also easy to negotiate, and again, the staff were helpful and supportive. Thank you all at Trinity!
My mother has stage 6 Alzheimer's, she has always received the most wonderful care from her live-in care team, who treat her with the utmost dignity and respect. We have always found the support and professionalism of the office excellent, which at this very difficult time is very reassuring.
The carers were good but like the clients are treated very poorly and not supported by the office managers, who were rude, had no empathy, frequently lied and were bullies. Although I had proof of my complaints nobody, however high I went to, wanted to know. So until someone wants to know things won’t change. Shame because when I first joined Trinity they were great but since they changed by takeover about two years ago things from the Worcester Park branch have deteriorated.
I am extremely impressed with the care and attention given to my relative, who is delighted with the service provided by the carer she regularly sees and feels that she is always treated respectably. The backup support team are professional and prompt when attending to any enquiries, and it is always a pleasure dealing with their staff who are consistently courteous and friendly. Very pleased to have chosen this company to provide support to our relative and friend.
I found Trinity admin on intro, to be excellent. Review and assessment, very good. The care, once established, was superb. The carers, who cared for my father, were empathetic, kind and generous with themselves and their time. I highly commend them and thank them.
We have found the group of carers for my Mum to be of the highest quality, who over time have fully understood my mum's needs. We are impressed with the team leader and senior carer, in particular their daily monitoring of the carers' reports. Additionally, we have found the guidance given around my Mum's care to be invaluable.
The carers are sympathetic to my situation and attend to all of my needs most willingly.
My parents are very happy with the carers. I have found Trinity to be professional well organised, caring, helpful & good communicators.
My elderly mother lives independently in her own house, but there are now things which she needs help with. The main area of support and assistance provided by the Trinity carers is with showering safety. This has been hugely successful, and all the carers who have visited my mother these last three months or so have shown kindness, compassion, patience and friendliness. I cannot praise them highly enough!
The staff and carers are extremely kind and supportive of all my mother's needs. I find the app which tells me times, visits and a little info as to what happens at visits absolutely brilliant. The two ladies are very helpful in making sure the girls care for all Mums needs. One particular carer has done over and above what is expected for Mum, especially during all the lockdowns. One lady is unfortunately leaving, but for those who had the pleasure of having, she sets the bar for other carers.
