I cannot praise the services of Home Instead, Basingstoke highly enough. They went above and beyond the expected care to ensure my Mother has safe and comfortable in her home right up until the time came where she could not remain in her own home. Having experienced other care companies in the last 12 months, it was refreshing to find a company that really cares. Thanks to all of you for making a difficult situation as good as it could be.

Home Instead have been a life-saver for our family and I believe have set the bar very high for quality domiciliary care. The care and attention they have given to my mum at home during her dementia journey over the past 18 months has been nothing short of exceptional. The lovely Care Pro's became like family members who consistently went the extra mile for Mum with all her changing needs. Their kindness and care showed a real dedication to what they do. Whenever there were health emergencies - and there have been a few! - Home Instead were able to support, even when we had to make last minute changes. I regularly recommend them to friends and colleagues who are facing their own elderly relative issues - so Home Instead, be prepared for a deluge! We will always be grateful for the wonderful care and comfort they brought to my Mum.

We don't like them. We love them. Top marks for this company. It was only after we changed our care suppliers to Home Instead that we realised what genuine care, support and reliability is. I only wish we'd switched sooner, we could have been enjoying their excellent service for so much longer. Highly recommended.

I cannot recommend Home Instead highly enough. My mother has been in receipt of visits twice a day for the past 3 years to help with personal care and the level of service has been impeccable. They are truly a relationship-centred organisation and have always assisted my mother with compassion and dignity. Every single person that has worked with us has been an absolute credit to the company. Thank you for everything you do.

The Home Instead staff who look after our 86-year-old Mum provides a very professional level of care and are also kind, considerate and respectful of all her needs. They are lovely people who have really improved the quality of mum's life at home. She knows that she is in safe hands and is much happier as a result.

Home Instead have been both supportive to my mother and myself, always taking an overview of the whole family dynamics. The carers themselves have always been respectful and built a good relationship with my mother, fulfilling her needs and requests. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them.

I was initially recommended Home Instead for my nan after she was diagnosed with Alzheimer's. I cannot thank the team enough - they made the whole stressful/anxious time of trying to sort care so easy. They were incredibly kind and considerate to not only my nan but also myself. I truly felt part of the team the entire time they were with my nan, from the care pros themselves to the care manager and even the office staff. The whole team went above and beyond the care required for my nan; not only did they do an absolutely fabulous job caring for my nan, but they also spent the time to think of ways to improve her well-being, provide me with advice, and support us both through other tough times. I couldn’t recommend the team enough, and I’m so thankful for each and every one of them. I feel truly blessed that my nan was able to benefit from the kindness and care they gave her.

Excellent Service. Good, friendly, competent Carers, always helpful and willing to meet the needs of the client. Very adaptable carers. The reservation office is always cooperative in arranging revised dates and times of visits when circumstances change. My health has improved and I no longer need their help. This is due to good medical treatment, and the willingness of my carers to do things for me and so enable me to rest my large leg ulcers. I would strongly recommend their service.

Home Instead has been a great support to my parents over the last year, particularly in recent weeks. The relationship that they were able to build means they are very greatly missed, now that circumstances and arrangements have changed. I am particularly grateful for the way the entire team responded to challenging times. Even offering to work additional shifts to help us with unexpected difficulties. They demonstrated how much they genuinely cared about my parents and us as an entire family. Professional, kind, caring people who do incredible work.

Mum is very happy with the carers and enjoys their visits. As an only sibling, living a fair distance away, they have been a tremendous help to me. Knowing they are looking after most of mums needs and assisting me on tasks has been invaluable.

Home Instead has been so good with my mother, who has dementia, right from the initial visit. Living in the situation can bring even the strongest to breaking point. I have particularly valued their support and advice. It means so much to have kind, understanding carers helping in the situation and on the other end of the phone.

From the initial consultation with management to visits with carers, what a truly amazing team! Nans small team of dedicated carers really have made all the difference to her quality of life and dementia journey. As a family we feel very lucky to have carers who are compassionate, person centred, professional and most importantly, make Nan smile!

Home Instead provide daily visits to care for my mother in law who has Alzheimer's and other mental health issues. Setting up care was easy, with a thorough and understanding review of what we needed. We felt very listened to. Carers are reliable, friendly and flexible, with the client at the centre of everything. They are knowledgeable and skilled. I feel that my mother in law is being cared for by kind, professional people and she, and I, are very happy.

Mum, my brother and I have all been pleased with the help and support Mum has received for the last couple of months from the carers at Home Instead (Basingstoke). Everyone has been very kind and very reactive to changes in her day-to-day needs. I'm so pleased she is able to retain her independence and Home Instead gives me the confidence that she is independent but safe.

Home Instead carers are doing a very good job of looking after two elderly people, both suffering with dementia. Without the carers' daily visits, these two elderly people simply could not continue to live at home, as they cannot prepare food, hot drinks, or be trusted to take their medication. Also, these two elderly people need help keeping themselves washed and dressed in clean clothes, and their home clean and tidy. The home care that Home Instead provides really does make the difference between living in the family home and going into a nursing home.

My mother has been receiving twice-weekly visits from Home Instead Basingstoke for a few months and they have made such a difference to her and to myself! The care they provide is incredibly professional, personalised and respectful. I think we would now be lost without their support. They are an excellent company to whom we are very grateful.

The careers are highly professional, conscientious, empathetic and very caring they provide first-class care to my 91-year-old mother. Which allows her to live independently in her own home, also there has always been a continuity of the same careers over the past year, which has been good for Mum, I highly recommend this professional caring company.

Home Instead was recommended to me when it was obvious that my mum needed extra help at home. My mum was very against having someone from outside helping her but when Home Instead came along for the initial meeting my mum warmed to them straight away. They started caring for Mum and were excellent, they turned up on time, did extras like making Mum a sandwich at lunchtime and really took the strain off my husband and I.
