View Full Details of Nationwide Care Services Ltd (Birmingham and Solihull)Could not fault any of the carers who look after my husband - he is treated with dignity and nothing is too much trouble for them. He looks forward to their visits and they laugh and joke with him which he looks forward to daily. He is dyslexic and does not write or spell. He has agreed with all I have written down.
Could there be a worse agency service? Turn up when they like and stay 15 minutes maximum. Not gentle or thorough with personal hygiene. Sit outside our house filling in their hours. Better employed in the F1 pit lane doing fast tyre changes. Turn up late for the teatime visit and suggest that the evening visit may not be required!
Care fine - no problems.
I am very pleased with the care my mother has received from all her carers. It's brilliant that we have regular carers that know my mum and me. The carers know the routine that Mum prefers and her likes and dislikes.
Disgusting behaviour from the staff in and out of the office, lie and hide things to cover their tracks. Abusive behaviour and lack of duty of care for clients. Also, treat the only few good carers like dirt, the rest of the carers need to change jobs because they have no care for others.
Service user for last four weeks, great professional carers. Always consistent with times so I know when to expect them each day. Respectful and courteous, they know my requirements exactly and always try to go above and beyond for me. Made me feel comfortable from the first day.
When they have done the job for my wife I am happy for them to go.
I am generally satisfied with the service. However, as I am waiting for a hip consultation, I am bed or chair-bound. My carers have to move me from one to the other to wash, dress and use the toilet. Sometimes, this does make me feel as though I am being rushed, otherwise, very caring. I have gotten used to the carers as time has moved on, and I find them to be very understanding. I am happy for them to leave early.
I have no words good enough to explain how professional and considerate and truly caring this company is. The staff were unbelievably fantastic and so loving to our dear mom who now unfortunately, has passed away. We as a family all agree we couldn’t have asked for better service. The ladys that visited our mom were absolutely angels and we can’t thank them enough sincerity and even shared tears and emotions of their warm caring hearts. Thank you all.
My mother was offered care services as part of the Social Services Re enablement Programme, then subsequently, a second time after a hospital stay. She appreciated having the same carer twice per day on most days so that they built up a rapport with her. The carers were always very caring, eager to do things how Mum wanted, and in one carers own words, "care for my client as I would care for my own relative". On two occasions the carer found my Mum poorly on arrival and acted promptly by calling the ambulance and contacting me. The office staff were also very efficient whenever I had cause to speak to them and organised the care arrangements very effectively.
I'm happy with the care received.
I am pleased with the care my brother receives.
Great service, highly recommend.
I am very happy with the service Nationwide is providing. My carers are friendly, especially my regular carer.
I have been with this agency for 6 months. I initially went with this company due to the reviews online and they have not disappointed. My mother-in-law has regular carers and enjoys their company. When I call her at the end of the day she seems to keep praising the work the carers do. The office staff are also very attentive. When I requested a time change and to order extra items for my mother-in-law they were very quick and prompt. Overall happy!
My grandmother was home alone when the carers arrived. She didn't look well to them, her regular carers knew she wasn't herself, she looked pale, they called 999 and waited until an ambulance arrived. The manager called my father to inform him. The ambulance identified my grandmother's oxygen levels and they were very low and it could have been life-threatening. We are very grateful as a family for all the support we received from Nationwide Care Services. They have a great team.
My grandmother was receiving care from Nationwide Care Services. They provided good quality care for her. She was very happy with her care, considering she was reluctant to having care in the first place. Carers were consistent and very friendly. They understood my grandmother's needs and communicated well with her. I would definitely recommend Nationwide Care Services.
