The carers are lovely and are making a real difference to Mum's life at home.

My carer is happy and pleasant first thing in the morning. We have a talk about the state of the world and then discuss what we could do each day. I tell her what food I would like to eat each day. She then decides what would be the best choice of the day. I have a good wash and try to look my best and face the world.

Very caring and professional. Mum likes all the Care Pros who visit her (this is something I find amazing as she can be quite difficult to please!) I have had good reports from Mum's doctor and nurse from the Memory Clinic, they have been very impressed with the level of care and compassion.

We are really pleased with the service provided by Home Instead. The carers are exceptional and give mum her privacy, dignity and respect. The setup of the package was well-managed and ran smoothly. Excellent service.

Since August when I asked Home Instead to help my brother and I support our mum, we have been delighted by the care given. The care pros without exception show a dedication to duty and a level of care that is second to none. As well as helping mum with her day-to-day personal care, eating and housework, they spend lots of quality time engaging with her as a person and keeping her mind as active as possible. They also notice little things such as if she is low on provisions or if her medication is not quite right, all of these things give my brother and myself peace of mind knowing that mum is being cared for, valued and stimulated on the occasions when we are at work or can't be there. I would have no hesitation whatsoever in recommending Home Instead to anyone who needs help caring for a loved one.

Mum's care is exceptional. Mum enjoys the support to enjoy her life in the community. The personal care needs are always met in an exceptionally professional manner and with dignity.

Mum accessed care from Home Instead for several months. We were so impressed by their professionalism and how they wanted to tailor her care to meet her needs at the time. This care had to change over the months as Mum needed more care but I knew I could contact the office to arrange this and they would do their best to accommodate what our needs were.

The company were recommended on the grounds that both of my parents required additional dementia support. The difference once they were involved was amazing. They were able to provide support in areas that had previously been neglected (as a result of my parent's reluctance not the provider). Things took a turn for the worse, but the whole company stepped up to provide whatever was needed; carers particularly were exceptional, and I wouldn't have gotten through this period without them. Expensive, but peace of mind is priceless. Thank you to all concerned.

While my father was in the hospital, I was given Home Instead by my local social services to look after my mother. The staff was brilliant, especially two particular ladies. I can not thank the ladies enough for the way they looked after Mum, who is suffering from dementia. I would personally recommend the manager and her team, who give 100% every day. Thanks, ladies.

This service for my mum is 7-star. Always on hand, excellent, all aspects of care, Mum is much happier (Mum has dementia). Ladies take Mum out, and about they have lunch, always bright and cheerful. They have a laugh. Always engage with Mum, understand Mum's needs. As her daughter living away, this is reassuring.

At the moment, I just use a carer's visit for one hour a day for 5 days a week. The carers are punctual and very helpful. I also enjoy their company.

I am completely satisfied with all conceptions with Home Instead, and all carers give full service when it's needed. They keep me happy and comfy.

I cannot praise the servicer enough. All the ladies are so helpful and so nice to chat and bring me up to date with the outside world. It is very comforting to have such support.
