I employed Caring lane to look after my elderly neighbour who suffers with dementia. I found all the carers very kind and genuinely caring even when her behaviour could be quite challenging. I especially appreciated the continuity of care for the twice daily visits, which I find is really important for someone with dementia. The manager was always very responsive and supportive with any issues I had. I would definitely recommend this small agency.

My elderly parents were very reluctant to get care for my dad but are now completely happy with Caring Lane as they have delivered a fantastic service respecting our cultural wishes and now my parents can't do without them! The carers look after my dad so well and my dad now feels clean and cared for everyday. He calls the carers his friends!

Caring Lane is a very well managed agency, providing excellent carers. Any issue can be discussed with the manager, who will always try to find a solution together with you. The carers are all reliable and well trained, and we have been lucky that most of the carers allocated to us have been a very good match in terms of personality and ability. This is a very demanding and important task, making an enormous difference to the life of a person with complex and delicate needs.

Excellent management that acts promptly should any issues occur. The carers are friendly, efficient and vigilant if they spot any health/safety issues.

Service provided by Caring Lane was high quality, always going the extra mile. The care and attention received by them was always 100% and always in touch with us to provide advice and support. I would highly recommend them.

I have been in contact with three girls since I started using Caring Lane about a year ago and I have found them all to be friendly and cautious. They are hard-working and they do whatever you ask them to do without any problems or arguments. I enjoy their company when they are here at my flat every fortnight.

Everything has been very satisfactory, from the start. Family and I appreciate the care you and all the members of the team take to make me feel supported. When a new member of staff is introduced, they are shown what is involved beforehand, and any problems are dealt with promptly. All the Carers are humane, and some of them have a welcome sense of humour!

I have found Caring Lane to be reliable, efficient, and caring. They are adaptable, obliging, and patient, listen and respond to client needs, and communicate well with us. I trust them to take care of my partner when I am absent and would not hesitate to recommend them. They are the best carers we have had.

Caring Lane have been providing care for my elderly father who has dementia, since Jan 2024 as he was unhappy with his previous carers. My niece and I shortlisted 4 companies and interviewed all 4. From the start, Caring Lane came out on top. The staff are warm and caring and always happy to go the extra mile and provide the best care dad could wish for. Nothing is ever too much trouble. Management are fab too. Quick response to any questions or queries via phone or email. Always happy to listen and help where they can. Available 24 hours a day. We, dad's family, are all very happy with the care dad gets from Caring Lane and to that end, would 100% recommend them to care for your loved ones. Thank you, Caring Lane. Amazing work.

My friend who suffers with end-stage dementia and whose care I help organise, has received daycare from Caring Lane for the past 5 years. The care provided has been consistently good, delivered with love and compassion. We've had the same group of staff caring for my friend throughout that time giving the continuity and consistency of care my friend so needs with her condition. One of the best things about Caring Lanes is the quality and involvement of the management team. I always know if anything isn't going to plan in my friend's care, or if I have any concerns at all, including with outside agencies that a manager will step in to make sure the issue gets sorted. This has been an enormous source of support to me over the years.

I would like to share my opinion and the positive experience I have had with Caring Lane Agency. My Mom receives a lot of help every day and always tells me how well-taken care of she is. She is very satisfied with the helpfulness and dedication of the staff. Hearing about her satisfaction and the continuous, uninterrupted assistance she receives brings me great happiness. They provide an amazing service for my daughter, I am very satisfied with their work. They arrive on time and take great care of my daughter consistently. My daughter also enjoys this service very much as she arrives home happy.

I am very happy indeed with the care I receive from Caring Lane. The carers are punctual and pleasant and willing to adapt if necessary. My present carer is always happy and cheerful. We get on very well and I hope to retain her.

Caring Lane has looked after my mother for the last 18 months and has been superb in every respect. The manager and her team are kind, caring, efficient and very supportive. I would recommend their caring service.

Really good service, very amiable and flexible. They were able to step in at short notice for urgent appointments. Quality of care was very good, communication very easy. Only stopped using them as Dad moved out of the area. Would definitely recommend.

The manager and her team are genuinely caring, compassionate and accommodating to my mother and our needs for her. They tend to my mum without fuss or complaint, they are always diligent and thorough in their service. My mum is very happy with the care she receives and I highly recommend the Caring Lane service to anyone who needs home care.

Since having home care help to look after my mum, it has made life so much easier all around. The team are amazing, they go above and beyond to assist my mum's needs and everyday living. I would thoroughly recommend home care. Every single member of the team and office staff are brilliant.

Fantastic service provider. Listens to requirements and meets them, would definitely recommend. Makes such a difference when you have someone providing care that treats your loved one as though they were their own family.

My sister had been in hospital for ten weeks and then in a respite home for three weeks but was desperate to go back to her own home where she lived alone. When she first returned to her home, she was hardly mobile and had carers from Caring Lane three times a day. She quickly improved and they helped her regain more mobility by taking her for short walks outside. She was gradually able to do more and more independently and now only has one carer a day, who helps her get up and washed and have breakfast. She can then cope for the rest of the day. The carers are just what the name implies - caring and concerned for my sister's wellbeing. I would not hesitate to recommend Caring Lane. It has helped my sister to retain her independence and to give me peace of mind knowing that someone sees and helps her every morning.
