View Full Details of Divine HomeCare SolutionsThe care my mum has received has been exceptional at all times. At first my mum found it difficult to realise she would require care at home, but the kindness and respect she received from all care staff changed this. I can't praise them enough and life would be difficult without them, there's always a cheerful smile and a friendly chat which mum loves.
We have noticed a postive approach from staff at Divine care. They are really helpful and answer any queries as soon as they can. They are good with service user and make good suggestions for activities.
My experience with Divine HomeCare Solutions is excellent, with a first-class service. They try to accommodate all of our requirements as and when we need them and always with a smile on their faces. The encouragement they give to my wife, getting her to walk etc. is second to none. I would recommend Divine Home Care Solutions to anyone, a good job well done.
Divine has provided a generally good standard of care since they have been involved in the care program. Picking a specific month I believe to be unproductive and so this review covers a period of the last 12 months.
Divine have changed my life for the better in as little as 3 months. My Divine carers have become like friends to me, as opposed to distant strangers - unfortunately like previous companies I've received care from. Nothing is too much, from personal care, catered to me and my preferences. Accompanying to appointments and knowing me well enough, to help advocate for my wants and needs, which has surged my ongoing medical needs in a much better direction than previous years. In addition to basic care, home maintenance, companionship and live-in and bedtime assistance. My carers will take me on enjoyable and necessary trips in their cars, so not being fit to drive, is now no longer an issue. These often include; shopping, taking me to meet friends and even going to the cinema. Nothing is too much and Divine have made me feel good about needing some extra help at times and in control of how much or little and in what area I require. From the bottom of my heart, I thank and recommend Divine to all.
Divine had been my father's care provider for a couple of years before he passed away. The team were always friendly, flexible and very helpful. They treated my father with dignity and over the last few weeks of my father life were a great support to him emotionally and supported the whole family.
Care was given to my uncle for the last nineteen months of his life by his wonderful carer, who was amazing and became a good friend as well as carer to my uncle and to us. The men who filled in for her when she had a break were also so good. Thank you to them all.
Absolutely brilliant with my grandmother with her end of life care. Very caring and listened to our requests. Helped to make sure she was comfortable and clean, without too much discomfort to her. Lovely ladies to whom we are very grateful.
The carers that visited Mum four times daily since January, they have all been absolutely wonderful. They treated her with respect and dignity. Always arrived and nothing was ever too much trouble. The care was great and has only stopped because she needs full-time care just now.
They help me live a more normal life and they do so with compassion and consideration. They are always polite and on time. Nothing is too much trouble. I am immunocompromised and they are very attentive to infection control procedures, for which I am grateful.
The care team did everything possible to make our parents comfortable, respected and supported. They listened to their wishes and changed plans as each situation changed, Mum and Dad enjoyed the company of all the staff that visited them. The management made sure cover was always there if we needed a sudden change or more support, we could not have gotten through the past few years without them.
Overall we've been very happy with the care provided for my mum which has enabled her to continue living at home. Divine HomeCare Solutions worked with us to find the best people to live with my mum and were always happy to discuss as her needs changed.
All staff at all levels displayed a genuine passion for care. The care package was designed to suit my sister's needs with sole concern for her wellbeing and personal needs. Advice and support were offered to family members which helped us enormously. Thanks to all the staff.
Divine HomeCare has been caring for my husband for several years. He has regular carers who know and understand his complex needs, providing him with continuity. His carers are exceptional. They are professional and truly care about what they do, treating my husband with respect. They have become part of our family and without them, I would struggle to care for my husband at home. Thank you, Divine.
Divine HomeCare has helped me look after my dad for over three years. We wouldn’t want to change to another company, all the staff are very caring, considerate, helpful and cheerful. We would definitely recommend them.
Excellent, sensible carers, well-organised office team, and highly thoughtful case managers. They do a terrific job in caring for my aunt in her own home. She is elderly, quite physically incapacitated, and suffers dementia; a demanding and complex client. The whole team are responsive to family input and careful to maintain the client's independence to the fullest possible extent whilst understanding her limitations.
A fantastic family-run company, staff in the office and carers are very professional and excellent all-round service. Their support in difficult times is amazing. I would recommend them and do. Their understanding of clients, their circumstances and immediate family involved is second to none.
Divine HomeCare took great care of my mother. They were caring, kind and treated Mum with dignity. The management was extremely accommodating and always found a way to fulfil Mum’s needs. I highly recommend them.
My dad has carers twice a week to help him have a shower and wash his hair. All the carers are friendly and caring with a sense of humour. He can chat with them and have a laugh, which he enjoys. It was initially daunting for him to accept care from strangers but they put him at ease and treat him with respect and dignity.
