We had a number of different carers during the 4 times a day visits and without exception, they were all fantastic. Their interactions with my mum were always handled positively/in an uplifting way and this was coupled with clear and sensitive communication with myself and other family members - the team really helped our entire family through this difficult time right up to my mum's passing and we looked forward to their visits. I truly cannot recommend them enough - they were absolutely great. Thank you!
Cera provided an extremely high level of support for my mother during her illness. All of the care staff were kind and approachable and went above and beyond our expectations. We cannot thank them all enough for the compassionate care they provided.
Cera care have consistently failed to return the phone calls as well as not turning up for care calls. How will they cope with the new contract that is all over the news? There is no management available over the weekend. Friday 24th March from 3pm until the 31st March 2023 at 10.50am and no one has bothered to return the calls.
