We are so glad that our parents lived within Alpha Care's catchment area. They have been brilliant! In the 15 months they helped our father before he went into residential care, we found them to be flexible, willing to go more than the extra mile, and lovely to deal with. They became friends to all the family: it's clearly more than a job for each and every one of them. They were very professional, and kept us informed of any concerns or suggestions they had, while also keeping an eye on our mother too. It gave us great peace of mind knowing that both parents were being checked on every day, and that they were being treated with respect and dignity - and good humour! We would recommend the manager and her team to anyone looking for compassionate and high quality care.

This was the second time we have called on the Owner and 'The Pink Ladies'. This time it was for end-of-life care and they were fabulous, their level of care was excellent. The team are very caring and vigilant and their communication with family first-class, our situation for equipment was not good but the ladies just got on with caring for Mother and keeping her comfortable. The team made the situation a lot easier for all concerned and I would recommend them highly, they go the extra mile if needed and always with a smile. The Owner and her team are first-class help in a difficult situation, you won't go wrong with 'The Pink Ladies' Thank you for all you did for Mother.

I am very happy with the level of care provided by Alpha Care. They keep me informed of all situations, they provide an excellent level of care and are all very caring people. They provide great peace of mind for myself and my mother. I would highly recommend them to anyone in our area.
