View Full Details of Bee's Care LtdAll is good.
From the first telephone contact with the office and throughout the period that my mother received care from Bee's Care our family found the standard of care exceptional. The carers were both professional and kind and the administrative staff patient and accommodating. We are happy to recommend Bee's, without reservation, to any family in need of a care package for an elderly family member.
Most staff are kind, courteous and engaging with my mother. The majority involve my mum in her care needs and take the time to attempt to understand what she is trying to say. Most have good standards of care including basic care needs, attention to skincare, personal hygiene etc. We have a few carers who come regularly and have a good rapport with my mum and they look out for her best interest and communicate any concerns to me. There are a few members of staff that would benefit from further training and a general understanding of their client base.
I appreciate the helpers who come and help me daily. They are very polite and helpful to me. They help me from the morning to evening with daily chores, like shopping, cooking and cleaning the house.
My support worker is really friendly and helps me get out in the community.
I find the carers service attendants, attending to me, come along quite naturally good and experienced and talk to me in a lovely, one-to-one way. (One or two attendants are not so gifted in giving the carers service.) Have found the foreign carers (although very good) talk to me then I feel uncomfortable if two foreign ones talk in their language to each other. Any problems, the carers are good to deal with them.
The team are fantastic and always goes the extra mile to ensure I am very well. I can't thank the care team enough as they provide a wonderful service and I feel very well cared for.
My wife receives carers four times daily. She is dependent on the carers for bathing, washing and dressing. This care has been provided in a kind and sympathetic manner. The carers also provide mental care and support. My wife has got to know her carers and considers them her friends.
Very poor care. The staff are untrained, we had many issues with this company. I would not recommend unless you want your loved one to get hurt by them and if you complain it just gets ignored or try and turn it on you.
A care company with dedicated and caring staff who go above and beyond to meet the needs of service users. I have never had any issues with this care company, they have always tried to do as much as they can to support the service user and make an effort to converse with family members.
