On first impressions ~ friendly, helpful, kind, caring, supportive, professional, respectful. My father requires 2 carers 4 times a day. I met a lovely lady the area manager/supervisor to discuss my father and she was very friendly, supportive and very thorough. I felt completely at ease with her. She said she'd keep in touch with me and I've not to hesitate to contact her if need be. The carers come at pacific times of the day to administer my father's meds, wash him, change him and talk to him. They wash up after making food for him. Change his bed when it's necessary. They are so kind and caring and treat dad with respect and care. Nothing is too much trouble. I highly recommend this company. They are worth their weight in gold!
