My uncle's needs are very well met. His carer's are very understanding of his needs and the routine that they keep works well for him. They encourage with things that he finds challenging such as eating, personal hygiene and safety. They do well administering his medication and always remind me if he is running low. Also, they get in touch with me immediately if there is anything of concern with the property, that needs urgently looking at. We are very grateful for all that the team do.

Generally the service is good, caring, helping my wife to get up in the morning supervising my wife to wash and dress the only difficulty is the time in the morning the carers attend. My request was that they come at 9.00am. They attend between 8.50 and 9.30. It would be very helpful to me if I know it was 9.00am

The service we have received from Caring Care ltd. has been exceptional. My husband has always been treated with respect and dignity. The whole caring team have provided excellent support to both my husband and myself. The sitting service they provide in order to facilitate my respite has been 100% perfect. The whole team are willing to offer a listening ear and go above and beyond to ensure client contentment and satisfaction. The unfaltering service my husband has received has aided his recovery by increasing his confidence and enabling him to become more and more independent daily. Thank you.

Care staff very pleasant and caring always very helpful. The only issue we have is when you call the office as they don't always answer and kept holding.

A fantastic service provided by the carers to my dad, who arrive on time and stay till the jobs are done. They communicate with him well and make sure he is comfortable before they leave.

We find the cares and the sitters very supportive very experperenced very caring allways polite allways dressed nearly allways wear a mask allways ask if anything else they can do overall we are very pleased and would reccomend the agency

Caring care have been a great support to the family. The staff are really caring, understanding and professional. I would recommend them to any family seeking additional support. They all treat their service users with the upmost dignity.

I have been very lucky to have this young lady as my carer for nearly one year. She is very competent and very punctual. I have had few hospital appointments and she is very accommodating in changing my caring time during this period. She is very respectful, caring are very professional in doing her job. I would like this carer to continue on with my caring as long as I need her.

Carers are respectful to mom and take the time to understand her and listen to her needs and wishes. Carers do make an effort to stay upbeat and positive. I recognise the complexities and challenges that carers face, given my mom requires a high level of care. I commend them for what they do. They also take the time to understand her culture, beliefs, religion and offer good person centred care.

My mum is very happy with the service provided by Caring Care. The carers that attend are respectful professional and kind and mum enjoys their company too. Any issues we have had in the past have been dealt with promptly by office staff and managers.

I have found mum's carers compassionate, friendly and understanding. If there are any issues regarding my mum, they are always quick to share it. In addition, when requested to do something relating to my mum's care, they are always willing to carry out the request.

On the whole the carers have provided excellent care to my husband, who has a number of medical conditions. My only complaints over the 9 months or so that they have been attending my husband have been due to the frequent rescheduling of our morning visit, which has impacted the rest of our day. This rescheduling has never been done with consultation with me and I've had to phone the office countless times to find out what is going on. I really like the fact that we now have fairly regular carers as this allows them to build a good relationship with my husband.

The carers who attended the home were very good with my mum, they supported her and made sure she was happy safe and secure, they made sure she had everything she needed. The carers have become part of the family and we can't thank them enough for how they made sure my mum was cared for. The receptionists when calling could do with a bit of an improvement, and paperwork and admin could have been dealt with a more efficiently but over all very happy with the care that has been provided.

My use of caring care began in September 2024 and I have seen about 20 different carers in this time, all of which have been friendly, efficient and helpful. None have ever refused any of my requests.

I have been using this provider for nearly 4 years. Staff are caring and professional. My mother is looked after carefully by all the 6 carers that come to her. The carer requested by me are the regulars I want to have continuity of care. Me and my mum have a bond with these carers. Office staff are co-operative and always wanting to go the extra mile.
