I believe young carers need to accompany older more experienced carers for as long a period as it takes to become more proficient in the care they offer to clients and more confident themselves in the care they offer.

Medical Partnerships made finding the right home care for my Mum easy. From the initial enquiry, they were very helpful. We found our subsequent meetings very professionally conducted but with a strong personal emphasis on my Mum's needs. We liked how passionate the company is about keeping people safe and happy in their own homes for as long as possible. My Mum has enjoyed chatting with the girls caring for her and is definitely benefitting from their help.

We have care for an hour a day for 6 days each week. The need is to shower or wash my wife, dress her and give her breakfast. In the course of this, there is a need to stimulate her. All this is done with efficiency and sympathy. Timekeeping is dependent upon traffic and is usually good.

We have been really pleased with the service the carers have all been very good and Dad is very happy with them. We are also pleased that if there are any concerns with Dad we are notified immediately by one of the managers.

Both myself and my mother find your carers and company provide an excellent service. The carers are prompt, efficient and carry out the tasks in my mother's care plan very efficiently. I would not hesitate to recommend your services.

The carers alerted me to my sister's condition of blood in the continence pads, which prompted me to contact the doctors' surgery. They tested her urine and found an infection that was duly treated with antibiotics. The condition has now cleared up, and I am thankful it was brought to my attention. I am pleased with the service.

We are so happy with the lovely carers and the friendly management team who look after our mum. Mum so looks forward to her visits. The teams are compassionate and caring and always let me know if they have any concerns about Mum. We would highly recommend Medical Partnerships.

Medical Partnership have been providing care for my mum for approx 18 months and I cannot fault the care and compassion that all her carers provide. They are always so friendly and not only care for my mum but also provide moral support to me.

Very professional, never let us down with carers, there to help if I need to change arrangements etc, never have a problem getting hold of anyone at the office. The carers are friendly, and my mum is always happy to see them.

I cannot speak highly enough for my care, both carers and management. The carers I have are very professional and allow me to have my independence but are there for my needs. When I have had to speak to any of the management team they are very helpful and understanding.

The team at Medical Partnerships took great care of my mum for over seven years. At first, they provided companionship and support with medication, but more recently they have been attending to her personal care. Mum enjoyed talking to her carers, many of whom felt like part of the family. Mum trusted them and so did we. The carers have always shown Mum the utmost kindness and respect. They have an excellent system which enabled us as a family to keep up to date with Mum's day and her condition as often she wouldn't remember herself. I can't recommend the team highly enough. We will forever be in their debt for the wonderful care that they gave mum.

The ladies who attend my mother for relief care for two hours a day are attentive, approachable and empathetic. They give Mum kind companionship and care and established a genuine relationship with her. I have found the company to be responsive to requests and most helpful in our aim of allowing Mum to stay in her own home, with support.
