View Full Details of First Point 24First Point 24 care team have been caring for my mum for the past 3 years, we have been extremely happy with the care the ream give my mother they are always on time and treat my mum with dignity and care and are very kind to both my mum and dad who is mums carer. They always come back if mum needs changed and the office still are very helpful.
After my mum was diagnosed with cancer we started care with First Point 24. Mum really didn't want carers as she has always been very independent and she is only 67. However after a week of the carers coming in, mum couldn't believe how nice, friendly and helpful the carers are. We have been with First Point 24 for 7 months now and can not fault the carers. They all go above and beyond and are so compassionate.
I think I miss even care in July 2022, following a number of different care providers. I have a very complex health history of which can be unpredictable in its nature. Overall, the standard of care I have received from the company has been great Okera so friendly, well trained and knowledgeable. They’re able to listen to my wishes and needs and wants and take these into account. They have been some changes within the service in terms of the Carer’s that provide my support. However, the manager has taken into account my views wishes and wants in relation to this and tries to ensure my happiness and safety at all times. They have been times when my care package has needed to increase at short notice to include nights support. This was done without any delay by the manager, and has continued forward for several months. Thank you to everyone and keep up the good work
