I was totally impressed with the service, professionalism & empathy my wife & I received from Right at Home (Medway) So far I cannot fault how well we have been treated. Everyone we have dealt with have been kind & understanding of our personal needs & most importantly they LISTEN Together with my carers group, Carers First, they have worked with us to provide a solution to our current situation I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them if asked

I found Right at Home to be very accommodating and empathetic. They understood my situation straight away and were so helpful and understanding. It was such a relief to find someone who genuinely cares and who provides such flexibility. Right at Home make you realise that you are not alone and they always aim to come up with a solution to your needs. Such a fabulous service!

It's been a real pleasure dealing with Right at Home as care providers for our Mum. They've been open, friendly and flexible, and the care provided has been excellent. Our Mum can be resistant to being provided with care, and Right at Home has met these challenges with positivity and kindness. Our Mum has developed a good relationship with her carers and enjoys their visits and the adventures they have together. I really appreciate the detail of the written reports made by the carers after each visit, which give me direct insight into what was done / where they went etc, These are honest but also often heartwarming about the embraces she gives the carers and and what fun they have when they are out and about.

Can't fault the Carers. My wife, the client ,may have problems sometimes keeping herself updated with her hygiene but I can always rely on the Carers To keep her happy. The service from Right at Home has always been very efficient.

We chose RightatHome to support my mum when we needed a little respite, and they have been so fabulous that we now use them increasingly on a regular basis. Mum really enjoys their visits, even though it is usually a bedtime call, they still take the time to sit and chat and keep her company while we are out. It is easy to track her schedule of care calls using an online portal, and any urgent changes have always been dealt with quickly and professionally. I would definitely recommend Right at home for excellent care and support for people in their own homes.

Have been using this company since 2024 for my father who stays with me for 8 weeks every 16 weeks. I have had the same carers each time & my dad who is 94 gets on really well with them. Never had any problems or had to complain about anything, they are always very accommodating & will always use them when he is here.

I am very impressed with the service provided. The client has received excellent care from her befrienders ( in spite of her caution when the service was suggested to her). I appreciate the fact that she has had the same befriender and, on the occasional time when the usual person was not available, care was taken to introduce the client to a new befriender. This was very comforting to your client. The daily care was very good, and I notice a difference to the standard of cleanliness in the house as a result of your staff being there. Your client has enjoyed their company and I have appreciated the times when your staff have been in touch with me when they have a difficulty or are informing me of a particular problem. The liaison between yourselves and me is very good and is a huge help to me. It is a help to me to read the daily reports from the befriender.

Having been let down by a couple of other agencies for lunchtime break cover, it has been refreshing to have a team that we can rely on. Each of the carers who attend Mum are friendly, caring and professional. Nothing is too much trouble for them. Equally, the management team are very approachable and go out of their way to accommodate any last-minute changes that we may have needed to ensure the continuity of care. As a family, we are relieved and happy to have found such a caring and reliable company. Thank you for all that you do.

Mum loves the carers who provide care, kindness and friendship to her. If there are problems they tell us immediately and are part of the solution. We have never had any problems over the last year or so. Mum is happy and we have the reassurance that the dedicated care team bring.

All carers for mum are amazing. They go above and beyond their duty of care! Communication with myself and office staff is great and well organised. Due to mums dementia, they have been very supportive to not only mum but me as well.

From August 1st until now, December 22nd, the carers have never failed to be there for Mum and have been flexible when needed. Their dedication, sincerity, friendly character and competence have ensured the well-being of Mum. Thank you to all of the team for making her life that much richer.

Can't thank the Right at Home team enough for the care they gave to my Mum. There's carers and there's those that really care and go the extra mile. I definitely recommend them to anyone who needs support with a loved one. I needed support quickly and they were there and also very flexible.

We are very satisfied with the care and attention provided to my mother post her hospital stay. Staff are helpful, punctual and friendly. All my mum's needs are met and we couldn't be happier. The management team are very efficient and informative and we are kept up to date with all matters.

I am delighted that I saved your leaflet which came through the post. Right at Home is everything it says. There was an excellent introductory meeting and very quickly I received help. The ladies could not have been more professional, friendly and helpful.

Right at Home provided exemplary care for my aunt who lived by herself when she came out of hospital and I can't recommend them highly enough. They were incredibly friendly and helpful from my initial enquiries to visiting my aunt in hospital and to helping me coordinate her discharge. I was very impressed with the kindness and compassion of the live-in carer in ensuring that she had all her needs met as she was bedbound and also with the regular contact with myself as I live a couple of hours away. They gave myself and family peace of mind that she was being very well looked after in her own home which is where she wanted to be. Thank you.

After having a poor experience with another care provider Right at Home was a breath of fresh air! The carers were all professional, friendly, and turned up when they said. They always lifted my mum's mood and made her laugh. The staff in the office always responded promptly and were very helpful. Mum's and the family's stress levels were greatly reduced after employing Right at Home.

After my wife's diagnosis, it became clear that I would need respite support at some stage, so I interviewed a number of care agencies before choosing Right at Home. Although they had been highly recommended by others, I needed to make my own judgement before coming to a decision. From the outset, their representatives were friendly, knowledgeable and highly organised. I was given plenty of information about choices and the opportunity to meet potential carers in my home. I was never rushed into making decisions and at all times felt that Right at Home had my best interests at heart. My wife has had carer support for several months now and the whole experience continues to be of enormous benefit to us both. A first-class organisation offering a first-class service. Thank you.

This company has been providing carers for my wife who has advanced Alzheimer's for several years. I have found their service reliable and the staff caring and good. They are well monitored by the management.

My dad needed an urgent care package set up after a serious infection and a prolonged stay in hospital. Right at Home were very helpful and recognised the urgency of the situation. The care has been exemplary from all members of staff and my dad is making slow, but steady progress in all areas. I have completed this review for him as he does not have the mental capacity to do so.
