Wow what an incredible find After my Husband suffered a stroke in Feb 2024 we needed care on his discharge from hospital unfortunately he was in and out of hospital until the August and due to complications and him wanting to stay at home it was agreed that he could with 2 carers 4 times a day. I picked Avanti based on the times they could offer and I couldn't have picked better, the whole team are so friendly, caring and nothing is too much trouble, they understand when you are having a ' bad' day and that goes for me as well as my husband and respect that they are in your home when times are tough. We have a physio and she comes when the carers are here and they fully support the exercise program that is given and she has herself praised them and even recommended Avanti to her clients Over all 10/10 couldn't have chosen better

We have used Avanti Homecare now for two years. They have been an excellent care company. The carers are always very attentive and make my mum smile before they leave as she is bedridden. This is very important. They are extremely reliable. Have never let her down, where we have used other companies and this has been the case which has been extremely stressful. As a company, they are in contact regularly, checking that things are done and asking if there are any problems. From our experience, this is how care companies should be run, and we appreciate everything they do.

I have found the Avanti Homecare carers to be both compassionate and professional in providing for the needs of my father over the last 2 and a half years. The management team are always receptive to his changing requirements. Carers and management are proactive in keeping me informed of his condition when necessary. I am very grateful for their help. During the last few years of my late father's life, my father was cared for by Avanti Homecare. The care and support of both my father and his extended family was outstanding. During the final months of my father's life, Avanti's dedication shone through. They helped us all to come to terms with the loss of our father.

We want to express our appreciation and thanks for the care provided by Avanti following the cancer diagnosis for our Uncle through 2024 and early 2025. Over nine months we had firstly three care visits a day, reduced to two visits (at our request) and in the final two months increased to four visits a day when his condition worsened. Over all this time we had no complaints at all about the quality of care provided. We can't speak highly enough of Avanti's carers who were professional, experienced and polite with us, his family, but above all, they were genuinely caring and interacted with great kindness with our Uncle. They provided him not just with daily care needs but with valuable social contact and chat which cheered him immensely. We would even hear them singing with him which was lovely. We'd like to thank both the carers and Avanti's management for ensuring that our Uncle received the best possible care in these months. Thank you so much from the bottom of our hearts.

The carers who visit me make me feel cared for and that they enjoy coming to me, which is always a nice thing and I feel cared for.

I am very happy with the care and support received, the carers are always on time and very supportive. I feel at ease knowing they are coming and looking after my mum who is 93 years old. Very polite and friendly team and will always contact me if they are worried or concerned about anything. After reading about other care companies I will highly recommend Avanti Homecare and always recommend them to my friends on social media. Overall I am highly satisfied.

Over the last weeks, we have received an excellent service from the team. All have been so kind. Unfortunately, the costs have been the reason for terminating the contract. Keep up the great work for future clients.

My husband had cancer and began to need a lot of help with his personal care. We chose Avanti Homecare. The assessment was done by the managers who were lovely and put us both at ease and the subsequent care we received was wonderful. All the carers were introduced to us and were so efficient but also so cheery, kind and interested. We both looked forward to their visits and it was also good to hear from the managers who kept in touch. I think they were checking that we were happy with the care. We were very happy. I would recommend these people to anyone. My husband thought the world of them. They made such a positive difference to us at such a difficult time.

I could not manage without the care and support of all the carers and staff. All come in with a smile and are cheerful. Ask me if there is anything they could do before leaving.

I am very pleased with the quality of care I receive. It is always done with a polite and positive attitude. I find it very reassuring to know that if I need any assistance the care leaders are only a call away. Myself and my family have faith and believe in the management.

The carers come in and support my dad and chat and have a laugh with my dad, which I like - my regular care team know what he is like and sense of humour. Having access to the app so I can see the calls is really good and gives me reassurance.

My mum has been receiving care and support from Avanti for over a year and I am delighted with the service. Mum is cared for in a thoughtful, professional, dignified and friendly way. The service is reliable and there is excellent communication between me and the service provider. Since the care began, the quality of Mum's life is so much better and she is able to continue to live in her own home which is what she wants more than anything. She is clean, fed, medicated and very importantly stimulated by the regular visits of this dedicated team.
