All of the carers have been very supportive towards mum, they have listened and helped with our requests. They keep us informed by way of the new App which is great. The management team have kept both myself and my brother fully in the loop about her care package and have always been available by phone if we've had queries and requests.
Adicare continue to deliver a high quality service for my elderly mother in law. Staff are friendly and helpful and are supporting her in adjusting to needing more care to enable continued independent living in her own home.
Rely good professional staff they are always willing to help. They help me wash, dress, and eat. always have a smile. Even when I'm not feeling chipper they have a smile, nothing seems to be any trouble to them, well done . The odd occasion I have had to telephone the Adicare office, the phone is always answered promptly.
My review is specific to one particular carer; she is incredibly attentive and has the best bedside manner. She has been a pure delight to our whole family. The care she has given my grandma has been remarkable. She works so hard and provides great service to my nan and around her home. We, as a family, are very grateful whenever she visits Nan. On the whole, we’ve had some small issues, which have been dealt with by emailing AdiCare.
This company would do a lot better if they used agency staff that knew what they were doing. One or two carers were good. If the regular carers were absent then you will need to check to make sure your relative has been cared for correctly. The Manager can be very rude and abrupt. If you owe money and it’s not your fault, you will be told legal action will be taken out against you. Very upsetting when your relative is in End of life Care.
2 weeks into the care plan, going extremely well. Nothing is too much trouble. Punctual. Follow-up from the managers and senior carers, very good. Took a lot of the stress off me caring for my wife. Hoping to do a few more enjoyable things with her.
Care was provided 3 times a day to provide support at mealtimes and provide medication twice a day. This the carers did with support and empathy. The carers also went beyond their duties to ensure Mum was always safe, due to problems they experienced with Mum's dementia getting worse. On cancelling the service the move to a care home was delayed 48 hours the management team were very quick to put the support back in place for an additional 48 hours with very little notice. They have been a lifeline for us.
The service is excellent. The staff are excellent as well. They provide the best quality care. My husband looks forward to their visits every day. The office staff were supportive. There is absolutely nothing to complain about. I couldn't wish for more support.
