All good occasional worries about where the carer is and timekeeping, but mostly Ok and appreciate the close attention paid to Mum for meds and other changes of notification. Two members of staff in particular are both diligent and friendly with Mum.

The team were always friendly, reliable and flexible. They kept us informed of any health concerns they had about mum and were able to easily adapt to changing circumstances. They always had a friendly word for the cat and if they had time left after their caring duties, would maybe dig out the broom and sweep the kitchen to be helpful.

From the first day, my mum was back home from hospital, the carers were here on time for every visit. They were very friendly and had much empathy and compassion for my mum. Always a very warm entrance, which I'm sure made my mum at ease being completely dependent and bed-bound. Very lovely people and would have no problem recommending them. Great service! Thank you for the support and a big thank you to the carers who helped me care for my mum.

Caring, hardworking and thorough. Highly recommended. Special thanks to all members of the staff team who made my brother's return home after a six-month hospital stay possible. I enjoyed working with them all.

Unfailing service and care enable me to maintain my independent lifestyle. My carers always ask if there is anything else they can do for me before they leave. I have been a client for many years now and would not want to go elsewhere.

We have been using KindCare for over a year now and couldn't be more pleased with their help. Our carers have all been excellent and efficient. We are always greeted with a smile and a general interest in our well-being. They care for my husband and look after him so well and always leave everything clean and tidy before they leave. Couldn't ask for more. Highly recommended.

I enjoy spending time with the employees; they make a good effort to talk and make me laugh. I can see that they genuinely care. They respect my wishes and my values. I thought it was really nice that I was helped with the paperwork at the start of our journey.

KindCare At Home is providing personal care service for my 80-year-old friend. They are very caring and helpful. KindCare staff are professional and respectful and treat my friend with dignity. I have observed the staff many times; they give care with respect. My friend is very happy and pleased with the care services he receives from KindCare. For my mum, KindCare has been a true blessing. Their staff's degree of compassion and attention is absolutely impressive. She received the best care after her eye surgery. It is clear that the caregivers sincerely care about each person in their care as they go above and beyond to ensure her comfort and well-being. My mum has received outstanding care and support from KindCare, for which we are immensely appreciative. We are so grateful to them for their genuine impact on her life.

My auntie who was diagnosed with Dementia 3 years ago is now in the care of the manager and her team of carers. I can't thank them enough for their loving attention and extreme care for my auntie, who is so dear to me. It is devastating to see her memory and cognition fade day by day, and now faster and faster. Having the manager and her team see to her needs 24/7 has made the whole difference, as me and my cousins are really wearied by the whole thing. God bless you for your hard work!

Really good, friendly people - nothing too much trouble, wondered at the start how it was going to be. Really good, Kindcare are excellent and normally work to time, they are very busy, not surprisingly. Have helped us in many ways when I was not so good.

KindCare has been exceptional in providing domiciliary care for my elderly friend. The caregivers are professional, compassionate, and reliable. They ensure my friend is comfortable and well-cared for, giving me peace of mind. What stands out the most is their commitment to maintaining a high standard of care. The staff is always punctual, respectful, and thorough in their duties. My mother looks forward to their visits and has developed a wonderful rapport with her primary caregiver. Highly recommended!

I am very happy to have my care with KindCare. I have been with other care services before and have not been treated well. With KindCare I am looked after very well and they really do care. I consider myself very lucky to be with KindCare and I know they will do their best by me.

I have been with a few domiciliary care companies and so far this is the best one. I absolutely love the holistic approach that they take when ensuring that my needs are met. They talk a lot about person-centred care and from my experience, I know that they don't say that in vain. Finally, I like the environment rather than just another client. The application process was very easy and they helped me throughout the whole process. Also, the cherry on the cake for me is that if I don't get on with a particular carer, management will make sure to next time send somebody else that I do get along with, which I love.

I am really impressed with the services provided by Kindcare At Home and am happy to recommend them. They are committed to the well-being of their service users and go the extra mile to make them happy. They are timely and make sure they complete all they are supposed to do from personal care, administering the prescriptions, preparing meals and taking service users out for walks. Also, the staff always make sure the house is clean and tidy in each of their visits. I am satisfied with their services and willing to recommend them for more services.

KindCare provide friendly assistance to my father, helping him to continue to live independently. We started as he was recovering from an operation and have continued with carers for daily personal care. We find the management easy to contact and deal with, and very flexible. They also have a real personal touch and peace of mind.

I recently had the opportunity to witness the services provided by Kindcare at Home, and I am incredibly impressed with the level of care and professionalism exhibited by their team. I would like to say that myself and my family, we are very grateful for the staff of KindCare At Home (Redhill) always willing to help, an example is that we can not speak English and everytime my stepfather is admitted to the hospital and we call them they translate for us without booking or any advance request and we are very well supported in every way, always with kindness, compassion, dedication. We are very satisfied with the service of KindCare.

Staff have a good knowledge of the day-to-day issues of the service user. They also know how to manage difficult situations so the client and parents are confident when the team go out. Good rotation of staff, so the client gets used to a wider team.
