We are very happy with the way Caremark Elmbridge looks after the needs of our son. The staff that go out with our son are truly one in a million going that extra mile to make sure our son is happy. The company is very professional and always at hand should we have any problems.

The staff at Caremark Elmbridge have been amazing support for my elderly mother. They go above and beyond their role and always contact me and keep me updated with any changes to my mother's care or medication. On top of the daily care provided, they are also supporting my mother to enjoy community time as she has isolated herself for the last 5 years. No one, even family members have been able to get my mother to leave her home however, she is now enjoying time out of her home again to get her nails done and potter around her local garden centre, thanks to the superb support and encouragement Caremark carers have given her. The change this has made to my mother's well-being is phenomenal. The manager is always available and nothing is ever too much trouble. I can't thank Caremark enough.

We have been with Caremark Elmbridge for over a year now and we are very happy with the service they provide. The carers are supportive and sensitive to my husband's needs and the office staff are always friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this company.

Very satisfactory. The management of the carers who are programmed to come is good. The staff are efficient and pleasant. Receiving the weekly rota is very helpful. (I cannot make this comment any longer).

After suffering a fall in the summer and after release from hospital, I needed the assistance of carers for several weeks at home. I was pleased to find this local company and delighted at the service provided. The staff were always punctual in arriving and more than happy to take on chores that were challenging for me at that time. They were sensitive to the fact that I was a recovering patient too. Although I must have met nearly half of the carers, most remembered the tasks required with me (and not required!). This was assisted by efficient note-taking/ sharing. Overall, an unexpectedly happy encounter and the admin side of the company was efficient and pleasant to deal with as well.

The carers that looked after my mum were very kind and friendly. They were competent and professional and helped Mum to calm down when she was anxious. My mum had dementia and needed a lot of reassurance at times. I was always able to contact the care team and when I called about anything they were always kind and understanding. I would highly recommend Caremark.

Staff from Caremark Elmbridge have been visiting my mother for several years now, mainly to offer companionship and support with memory difficulties, but also to help with some chores. The staff who have become her regular carers are excellent, both skilled in dealing with her particular needs and genuinely caring in the way they work with her. All the staff who have visited Mum have been professional, punctual, and utterly reliable. We have never been let down. The office staff are also very effective and proactive about contacting me if anything needs to be discussed. We feel very lucky to have such a good team helping us.

I am so grateful to Caremark for all the support and help over 3 and a half months for my parents. It hasn't been easy for the carers and management on top of the usual difficulties working with elderly people often with cognitive problems and physical decline, there was also a language barrier. For me, as a single supporter of my old parents, the ongoing support from Caremark was beyond any praise. I felt I could discuss any problem even when possibly it wasn't really within their range of tasks. My parents now have gone to a care home and I will sincerely miss the lovely, caring people I have met. They have made life for my mum and dad so much better, helped me as a single person caring for 2 elderly people, and proved that professionalism still exists. I consider my parents and myself very lucky. I would recommend Caremark to anyone who is looking for assistance in looking after their loved ones. You will be in safe and very caring hands love.

All we want for our loved ones is love and care and above all the empathy and understanding of their situation and Caremark Elmbridge have offered that to both my parents. They always showed that this wasn't just a job for them. The word care in this case can not be emphasised enough. From the manager, who is a true empath to every one of the carers who attended in both their level of compassion and professionalism they delivered for us.

Caremark have consistently and reliably provided for my needs as a person in need of support to maintain independent living over the course of the three years that I have known them. Their rota for care has always been prompt and I have always found it easy to form and maintain cordial relationships with the carers sent to me, making it possible for me to be an active participant in the community. The office has always been very helpful and considerate when altering the rota the few times I have needed it altered for either my own medical needs or the needs of family members I have to look after. I would recommend them to anyone.

Caremark have provided, and continue to provide, a varied rota of care for my 87-year-old mum. She is currently being attended to three times a day for personal care, meals and more recently medication management. I can't speak highly enough of everyone I've dealt with on the phone, through regular correspondence and the carers I've had the privilege to meet personally. Very professional, very caring, value for money. I thank you all, your care and attention has been invaluable to my mum and indeed myself. I needed a lot of help with arranging certain criteria for my mum and there was never any hesitation, Caremark were there. Best wishes to Caremark.

I found myself needing to arrange care for my elderly mother with declining memory. I contacted several providers and met with a few. The representative from Caremark, who came to make an assessment visit, was very professional, and genuinely interested in fully understanding the whole situation. They asked good and helpful probing questions, and were proactive in recommending the exact visit regime, and really helped me decide on visit durations and frequency. I found this very helpful, as I did not know what was best. Care is reliably provided. I never have to worry if people are going to turn up. They are diligent at checking supplies of medicines and alerting to any upcoming shortages. A visit rota is published in advance and names of the carers are listed, which is helpful. Multiple people make the care visits, but there are some regulars which helps with continuity, which is important. Office and administration support is really excellent, by email and telephone.

We have actually been using this service for the last seven months or so. It is very easy to get hold of the office and to arrange times etc. We have two main carers through Caremark who have been incredible. They are knowledgeable, very professional, considerate and extremely caring. Exceptional young men and I really do not know what we would have done (or be doing now) without them. Highly recommend.

My mum has been taken care of really well. Her carer is very attentive and has helped a lot with rehabilitation after a horrible fall. Both Mum and I have been really pleased with the care she has received.

I have found the staff at Caremark really nice, helpful people. Whilst there have been numerous changes over time with my mum's care package the team at Caremark have always tried to accommodate her needs, and it is working well. I have recently had a face-to-face meeting with staff at Caremark and they have definitely listened to my requests and I am impressed so far.

Caremark Elmbridge has an excellent Manager who really listens and has helped with all my Mum's care needs. She was excellent in keeping in touch with the GP and pharmacy ensuring her meds were reviewed and delivered on a timely basis. The Caremark carers are all lovely and were very kind and caring towards my Mum. I am very grateful for the lovely care my Mum received from them. She has now gone into a Care Home for Respite care, and I am hoping and praying she can stay there as she now requires assistance with everything (dressing, personal care, etc). Thank you to Caremark Elmbridge!

We found ourselves in an urgent situation with regard to my cousin as the local GP services were totally inadequate. Caremark responded with immediate help when requested and the care they provided at such short notice was excellent.

I have found all Caremark staff efficient, understanding, supportive and kind over the last year caring for my mum. In September a situation arose regarding my mum that was particularly stressful for me. The Caremark manager listened and empathised and did all she could and succeeded to resolve the situation. The feeling I have always had is that we are working together for the best care for my mum. Things don't always go right, because that's life, but what I have found with Caremark is that they are always willing to listen to understand and do all they can to resolve the situation. As well as the excellent care my mum receives, their willingness to work with me is what I value the most.
