View Full Details of Tilda HealthCare LtdYour staff have all been extremely kind and respectful to both my wife and me. They make it possible to get through our days. They are all so very caring in handling my wife, I can't sing their praises enough.
My father was receiving end of life care at Priory Mews nursing home and was provided with 12 hours 1-1 care through Tilda. Dad was extremely lucky to have two carers, in particular, take care of him. Both were amazing with Dad and are a true credit to your organisation. They showed kindness to not only Dad but all of the family that visited. Please pass on our thanks to them both. Sadly, we lost Dad this week but know that his last few weeks were made as comfortable as possible by these two gentlemen.
Thank you so so much to all the staff who looked after my dad over his last 3 months of life. Thanks to their care, Dad was able to maintain as much respect and dignity as possible. That meant so much to us and it felt like the staff were part of the family. Caring is such a demanding job both physically and mentally and we are in awe of what you do day in and day out. You’ve all been angels sent to us when we really needed it. Bless you!
After caring full time for my mum for nearly 6 months, the hospital offered a care package to help us, as a family, as my mum's condition worsened. I felt very guilty about accepting it but I had reached a point where I knew I needed a little help. The first company was a complete and utter shock at the nonchalant attitude and lack of any respect or compassion to my mum - I was so upset after the months of care I had given my mum, for her to be treated this way. I turned the carer away on the 2nd day. After expressing my disgust to continuing any health care they jumped into action and found Tilda. The relief when the carer came yesterday morning! A bubbly, friendly, personable lady who showed my mum nothing but true care and attention. Making my mum smile these days is not easy. This morning, the carer was singing and after a dreadful night, my mum perked up and was smiling by the time the carer had finished my mum's personal care. So far, so good!
Started off amazingly, then as the weeks went on, the care was awful. Skipped visits, stopped giving my mum her meds and we know this because of the cameras installed in the property for the safety of my mum. I was even there one afternoon and rang up to see where the carer was and apparently she had been, all while I was there. Apparently, they had trouble accessing the property when they were given a fob and a key.
We are happy with the service.
Care in the morning - personal hygiene. Very caring, listen to instructions, gentle and friendly. Times of visits are very varied and dictated by public transport.
Very friendly, helpful to client and cheer him up. Downside is the number of different carers coming in the house during the pandemic.
Tilda staff treat my father with respect and look after him like he is one of their own. We will definitely look to use them for further care needs.
