I wanted to give an update on the fantastic Carers that look after my mum these girls are great have been with my mum since she came out of hospital on end of life care back in 2023 and mum is now back with us still yes she may be bed bound now but she has been looked after so so well and mum is happy I still say if it wasn't for two members of staff in particular that she has had from the start we would have lost her she loves them so much .they are now part of our family and is so nice to have the same girls that got to know her needs so much some times we have other girls to help out if two staff members in particular can't make it and so far these girls have been great so careful with mum one staff member in particular trains them well .so thank you so so much we wouldn't be with out them life for mum is so so much easier when she trusts theses girls because at 92 and mum is fully aware what's happening that these girls are gentle and kind .you have great girls working for you they are Angels xxxx THANK YOU So MUCH

My P/A is wonderful full of life and vitality she works very hard and responds to every request I make she is happy which makes a good work atmosphere in everything she does I couldn't wish for a better person with skills beyond her age she is a pleasant person to be around who completes all her tasks with great efficiency keeps me and my environment good.

I am quite pleased with the service rendered by Caremark. They are very responsive and knowledgeable. Their staff are competent too.

You have been excellent in completing your tasks and beyond and meeting my request for changes, transitioning such work into routine seamlessly. One of the carers massaged my friend’s legs which reduced the swelling of the legs. None of the other carers thought of it. I’m glad that particular carer did it so my friend is at ease afterwards. Hopefully, they will look after my friend well.

The carer is a very experienced professional and has empathy towards my parent; she is always on time, cares for my parent with dignity, always giving my parent choices in their meal, clothes and personal care. She dresses professionally, communicates with respect and is proactive in the care of my parent.

The family wanted to thank Caremark (Barking & Dagenham) for the level of care and support my father received. From the first day you visited him, you were able to assess and understand the level of care that would be needed and you continued to visit to see how everything was going and if we were all happy with care. Carers were kind and efficient in tending to my father.
