View Full Details of Helping Hands Home Care (Cheadle & Wilmslow)Very pleased with the service, look forward to seeing my carer.
I am happy with service provided by regular carers.
We have received Helping Hands care for two years and during that time we have been aware of our sense of security increasing as we have got to know the personalities in the organisation. For instance 1. managements immediate attention to slight problems 2. Individual carers skills and reliability and helping us to maintain a cheerful and positive attitude. We like the friendly approach and the awareness of our need for contact with the outside world e.g. conversation when caring.
Excellent, very friendly service provided. My father feels very comfortable with all the staff who assist him. Predominantly having a main carer providing consistency is really appreciated. Whilst the carers are excellent, my fathers main carer is really special. The service is provided with a professional, yet caring and very friendly attitude.
We only used the services of Helping Hands Cheadle for a short period for our Mum who suffers from Alzheimer's, before moving her into a care home. During that time we found each and every carer gave an exceptional service and helped our Mum in preparing her meals. They were also friendly and company even though their visits were short our Mum started to look out for their arrival.
Great company so handy being local to the Cheadle Office, staff are always willing to take on board comments and accommodate requests. Mum is really happy with the carers and has made a connection with them. So pleased we made the decision when we did to commence care.
The attention given to meeting all my wife's requirements has been very good. The change over from the Wilmslow office to Cheadle Office did give problems in the attendance of carers being used.
Most carers are good and have shadowed someone before coming to me.
Very kind and make me happy.
They are always on time, very helpful and I have known them a long time.
All carers have been professional, polite, efficient and friendly. Always welcome.
Good companions - enjoy their company when doing jigsaws
We have started with Helping Hands Cheadle. This company are highly professional and friendly. I feel really comfortable and have huge confidence in my carers.
Carers generally of excellent quality. My wife would prefer to have the same carer (or possibly same two carers) the whole time.
Very pleasant to deal with all the carers apart from one, who was from another area. She was rough and a bit too outspoken.
Very nice, helpful and considerate. They keep good records and a watchful eye on things making sure a person feels okay, if they are not too well they phone their supervisors. They make sure you take your medication.
I could recommend the company to anyone as the carers are so kind and understanding and completely reliable. My husband is so happy with all of them and just loves having them.
I contacted Helping Hands with regard to some respite care for my Dad who has Alzheimer's disease. Their service was excellent from start to finish and although I was nervous about getting some help for Dad [as it was the first time] they immediately made me feel confident that Dad would be well looked after and supported. A carer came in to prepare lunch for Dad, keep him company and do activities with him. I chose Helping Hands as they had looked after my friend's Mum and she had told me how good they were and how all the staff were so caring and competent. Dad really enjoyed the company of the carer and was quite disappointed when she had to leave. I would have no hesitation using them again.
