Service commenced Monday 26th June. Excellent service provided. Warm, friendly approach by both caters. Job tasks taken very seriously and carried out with patience and every consideration. Very happy for service to continue and look forward to writing further positive updates.

Paradise Care have been excellent looking after my mother, helping her in the mornings to get dressed, washed, sort breakfast and lunch and set up for the day. They also visit late afternoon to prepare tea and get set up for the evening/night-time. The main carer is smiley, engaging and friendly with excellent back-up from another carer who has made numerous follow-up calls to check that everything is okay with Mum. When Mum came out of hospital after a short stay, they were back up and running with their excellent care the very same day. A huge thank you to them from our family.

I found Paradise Care from a very positive article in the echo newspaper. They were very warm and welcoming from our first conversation. The manager came and met my uncle, was helpful, honest, and suggested what she thought would be appropriate for a start point, and reviewed and adapted the care as his needs changed as time went on. The carers took their time to befriend my uncle and make him comfortable, and he told me how nice they were and he enjoyed their company. The management team (who run Paradise care) provided regular, thorough feedback on how the care was going, and any needs that were changing, and even helped me source new items I needed to buy. In summary, I am so pleased we chose them, we were very lucky that the managers and their team were able to help us. If I have any friends, or family who need a similar kind of care to help them or their loved ones, I will advise them to go straight to Paradise care.

I'm very happy with Paradise Care's help in taking care of my mother's house and laundry. The staff that did the work were very kind, polite and helpful. The management responded very quickly and politely. Happy with their service and would recommend!

Great team of staff, they are very kind and always on time. Never missed any calls. The manager always makes sure I get an excellent service. I have been in touch with lots of other agencies but Paradise has got a service charge which is affordable and I highly recommend Paradise for their excellent service.

Good service. Looked after my brother perfectly and he loves them. Staff are always on time and perfectly prepared for spending time with him. And surprisingly good prices too - the best I could find in the area.
