Guardian Angels provide an outstanding provision of care for our mother, who has Alzheimer's Dementia and is bedridden. Carers are professional, efficient, engage in friendly conversation and really do 'care'. They provide an excellent level of support for Mum by ensuring all needs are met (whatever they might be). Guardian Angels are reliable, trustworthy and frequently go above and beyond expectations. Like us; they want the best for our Mum. Administrative support is also excellent, responding promptly and efficiently with any queries we have. Massive thank you to everyone, our mother (and family) simply couldn't manage without you. The carers really are 'angels', it's reassuring to know Mum is in your safe hands.

I live alone and following my hip replacement, Guardian Angel carers looked after me for over four weeks in twice-daily visits. They were always on time, very friendly, versatile, efficient, and overall, the service they provided was all I could have wished for. The 48 visits were covered by some dozen carers, which was fine by me as they were all very good and each brought a new personality with them! I can appreciate that other clients might wish for such regular visits to involve fewer different carers. However, all those visiting me were excellent although, as is to be expected, some were perhaps a touch more excellent than others.

Excellent caring service. Has put my mind at rest as I am an only child with no family support in the area in which my mother lives. All my mother's carers are extremely efficient and caring. It is so nice to know that she is being cared for so well.

Care given was professional, and personal and could not be faulted. The carers were very kind and patient. Mum appreciated the service provided and the carers were always punctual and ready for a friendly conversation.

The kindness, support and professionalism of the team have been outstanding to our mum, us, as daughters, and her husband. It has been so reassuring, as a family, to know that the carers are approachable at any time, with any concerns or worries. The carers do go above and beyond in making sure our mum is kept safe and well. We would highly recommend Guardian Angels Carers.

The carers always give excellent care to their client and the wider family. The office staff are extremely professional, helpful and friendly and always go that extra mile to accommodate the client’s and family’s wishes. We would thoroughly recommend this company.

Having recently experienced a hip replacement I arranged for two weeks of assistance with washing and dressing upon my discharge from hospital. Without exception the carers provided by Guardian Angels were professional and friendly. The schedule of carers and timings provided via email in advance was accurate and each carer arrived as scheduled. My experience with Guardian Angels was very positive, particularly in the context of other care agencies I experienced when looking after my elderly parents.

My father-in-law had lived on his own for the past fifteen years as a proudly independent man. After two hospital stays and rapidly deteriorating health, he reluctantly agreed to help from Guardian Angel Carers. He soon came to realise how amazing their carers are, from taking time to talk to him, cleaning the areas he had missed, helping to prepare meals and most importantly making him smile. Fabulous company.

Guardian Angel Carers served my mum and dad really well for a year and a half before Dad needed a nursing home after a stroke, due to limited space at home and more carer needs, and Mum didn't want to be apart from him. The few issues we had over that time (mostly not the fault of Guardian Angel Carers) were sorted out quickly and professionally. I found the staff very friendly, helpful and patient in listening to me during hard times with Mum. I would definitely recommend this care agency, and loved the directors' assurance (as ex-military officers) that 'If we can do it, we will make it happen, whatever it takes.'.

The Angels of Farnham! The service provided by this company has been outstanding. From the initial telephone call with one staff member, who was incredible, to providing home care for my father, we have been treated with the utmost kindness, compassion and dignity. It’s a tricky process to introduce care to a strongly independent relative, but this fantastic company have worked with my father so sympathetically to ensure his needs are met. Another staff member is an absolute gem, gently cajoling to get changes made and my father says she lights up his day. What more could we ask for. Thank you.

Guardian Angels cared for my wife for six months leading up to her death. The care they provided was consistently thorough, patient and gentle. I am also grateful to them and the office staff for the friendship, support and advice they gave me at a difficult time. Speaking to friends I have told them that we received an excellent service from Guardian Angel Carers. Thank you so much

I have been using the services of Guardian Angel Carers - Farnham now since about July 2021 and found them helpful and reliable most of the time. Only hang-ups that may have occurred have rarely been their actual fault. On the very rare occasion a sudden change had been forced on them due to sudden change, I had not been notified which caused a clash of different appointments. This I feel is a fact of life due to such a mobile system. Generally a very good service.

Guardian Angel Carers are providing excellent care for my parents which enables them to stay in their house and maintain a good quality of life. Our main carer is particularly good and offers levels of care, professionalism and compassion of the highest order.

Guardian Angel Carers are genuinely caring and compassionate, from the owners to management to the wonderful carers themselves. My mum delights in being looked after by the carers as they provide good company and conversation, as well as the care she needs. They are helpful around the house, proactive (my mum finds it hard to ask people to do things for her!) and generally understand her needs very well. I am very glad we found Guardian Angel Carers - Farnham and feel confident that Mum will be in very safe hands with them as her cancer progresses.

Guardian Angel Carers are wonderful. Brilliant at the care they provide and the kindness and thoughtfulness in delivering it. My mum is 89 and completely immobile. I have used several other agencies and Guardian Angel is great. Management is helpful and I am 100% happy with all they do.
