Carers from Peak Home Assist attended to my chronically ill and disabled sister's needs for several months, enabling her to remain in her own home until that was no longer possible. My wife and I are most grateful to the manager and all her care team, for providing high quality care and for making my sister's life as comfortable as possible during the time when she was in their care. Our sincere thanks go to them all for doing everything they could to minimise her distress, especially during the last few weeks while she was still living at home, and for the kindness they showed in attending to her needs on the day of her move into a care home. Special thanks to the manager for her personal kindness to my sister, for professionally and efficiently setting up and coordinating the care plan, and for her prompt and diligent personal attention to ensuring that particular issues were dealt with as and when they arose.
As a family we were very happy with the care given to my aunt at her home over several months before she moved to a Care Home. In sometimes challenging circumstances the care and support given was consistently excellent, with kind and helpful staff. The carers who came in did everything they could to move her with care and to make sure she was comfortable. Communication with the office was also straightforward and the team were friendly and efficient.
My wife is extremely happy with the friendly professional care she receives highly recommended. Nothing is too much trouble for the carers we are very happy to have chosen Peak Home Assist. They are local to where we live which is ideal.
I have been a Peak Home Assist service user for several months and I can honestly say that it has been an extremely pleasant experience. All of the carers arrive on time (15 minutes either way), are very pleasant, and are exceptionally helpful. I find that they strike the right balance between being friendly and businesslike, are well trained and educated and I have had some fascinating conversations with carers who come from various parts of the world. Peak Home Assist may not be the cheapest service provider but in terms of value for money, they would be extremely hard to beat.
Really good company. My son is taken out into the community by one of the Peak Home carers. They may go swimming, bowling, bingo or to the gym. It gives me a break, as his main carer, and my son loves going out with his carer. He gets on very well with his carer from Peak, and the company are very helpful. If I need to change the days or times my son is taken out, the company will try their best, even if they have to send another carer. I have been with other companies and have been let down by them. Peak Home are totally different to them. I cannot speak highly enough of the company and my son's carer.
Overall very happy with the service to my mum. Sometimes when new carers go in I have to speak to Head Office as some of the instructions for caring for my mum aren't always followed. Otherwise all is ok.

I have been with Peak Home Assist for nearly three years. They are a very good company. I have a carer who takes me out into the community, swimming, gym, bingo, and shopping wherever I want to go. I can't speak highly enough of my carer. He is very patient and makes sure I am safe. Peak Home Assist staff are really friendly, and if I need to change times/days for my support, they always accommodate me. It's the best thing I did going with this company.
Peak Assist have been my care provider for the past 14 months. In all of this time they have been very punctual and efficient. I have formed a friendship with all the carers and look forward to their visits and chats. All go that extra mile to ensure they meet my needs and the conversations I have with them help my mental wellbeing as I spend long periods during the day with no social interaction. To sum up the care I get from the carers and office staff is second to none.
Peak Home Assist started caring for my stepdad in January, and the staff have been excellent! My stepdad is blind so needs extra assistance, and all the carers have gone above and beyond to make sure he feels comfortable and safe whilst carrying out their tasks. They always make sure spillages are cleaned up and he always looks clean and smart. Overall the whole family is very happy with the service provided.
The support myself and partner have received has been above and beyond. All requests have always been met which has been great. The staff are now part of our family they understand my partner and what he likes. It's good to know that staff are on hand if I need to talk to anyone especially two members of staff in particular. Being able to access a service that myself and my partner are happy with has enabled me to carry on working full-time.
Mum is really happy with her carers, they treat her with dignity and respect and allow her to make decisions regarding aspects of her personal care. The staff are hardworking and anticipate Mum's needs to keep her comfortable in her own home and everything she needs in between calls. The staff stay for Mum's allocated time and spend time talking to her when tasks are completed. As her next of kin I find the app brilliant to see the log of care Mum has received.
The only care company to actually stand by my grandma and to meet all of her care needs. With difficult clients it can be hard in this line of work but Peak ensured my grandma and me were listened to every step of the way. There were odd issues, like every care company, but the difference with Peak is that they actually listen. They take accountability and they adapt their approaches to suit the service users which is something I have never experienced with a care company. We have used 10+ care companies in the last 5 years and I would recommend Peak Home assist every single time. I cannot thank them enough for what they have done for me and my family. The carers are compassionate and patient and the office staff are outstanding.
We are a very new client/customer and I've only really spoken to the staff in the offices. All of the staff I have spoken to have been very helpful, extremely friendly, and caring. My father seems very comfortable with all the support he is getting from the care staff. Thank you.
