I have found this service impeccable. Having a disabled son whose needs are very substantial, they have catered for every need. Managerial and Office staff are polite, listen and go above and beyond. All shifts are covered. Rotas are sent in advance and you are notified if there are any changes. Carers are knowledgeable, polite, friendly and attentive to his needs making him enjoy life. Shadow shifts are given and personal training for his needs given not making it feel like a statistic. I have rated this service high as they have done an exceptional job in providing the right care, the right people, the right training and have listened. Other care providers may do for a short time but then do what they want. We have experienced this too. This one doesn't, they constantly strive to make sure everything is right. It changed our lives as a family and took away stress and burdens of how we were able to live. It gave him a fuller life and myself a more fulfilling life too.
