View Full Details of All For You Services Ltd (West Lothian, Edinburgh & Fife)Most of the carers are great, very helpful and patient with an elderly man with dementia. The service in general has improved with more consistent carers attending and they usually call if any delays likely.
Do not recommend. Staff are not trained and do what they want, they have given meds on the wrong days and don't follow the care plan, they are never on time. I have had many run-ins with the manager as all other managers have left out of the blue. Staff come and go and there is not the same person every visit. Staff do not have a conversation with their clients.
I find the carers look after me very well and are considerate of my needs, they are prepared to go the extra mile to ease pain and condition. If any of the carers are held up due to necessary delays the management notify me by phone. Overall I am satisfied with the service.
I had submitted a review previously and it was pretty damning. I am pleased to report that since a new manager has been employed things have dramatically improved to the point that I can now rely on the carers coming on time and performing the required duties as expected. The carers themselves are always very friendly and my dad is always pleased to see them. I really hope that this trend continues as my own personal circumstances may be changing soon and I may have a lot less time to attend to my father's other care needs.
I have had a few blips with the care in recent months but hopefully, this is being resolved. We are all in a difficult position at the moment and I am sure everyone is trying their best to fulfil their commitment.
All For You Services Ltd have never let us down to date. The carers always treat you with respect. The Carer at present is always neat and tidy. Carer is a walker and relies on public transport which sometimes not reliable but Carer is always cheerful.
The All For You Care providers have been great for my mom. Like other care companies and the NHS. they hit a sticky patch due to staff shortage. But with help and support and loyalty and commitment from existing staff to do their job and to their users, they pulled together and worked extra hours to provide the care and support needed. Thanks to all their hard work, everything has picked back up. Best of all, mom does not have to go to another company, which would have really upset her as all the carers, office staff and management here are lovely!
Do not consider All For You Services to care for a loved one. They are an absolute shambles. The owner and Manager do not have a clue about what's going on. My mother was not provided with the correct care despite meeting with the latest Manager. Lost count of the amount of ‘no shows’ or last-minute texts stating they were unable to provide care. Terrible to deal with. Difficult to contact by phone as the majority of the office staff were out caring. Very high turnaround of care staff and management. Very disappointing and I have been asked to put in an official complaint to the social worker to ensure they are not recommended by the Council going forward.
Light of Hope has recently started with my mum and I can honestly say all the carers are lovely, understanding, very professional, and most importantly put my mum's needs first. All the staff are friendly always smiling, respectful and caring my mum is happy which is important.
Absolutely amazing care team, supporting my grandfather with his personal care and making his meals. They even have time to have a chat which with him which other services don't do! Such a friendly bunch and would highly recommend them!
