Since Care Legacy took over looking after both my parents, I can't praise them enough, from the carers who help them daily and treat them with kindness and respect, to the managers who have always been available for any help and advice I have needed as a daughter.

The care, respect and attention Care Legacy has given to Mum over the last 12 months has been amazing. I honestly don't think mum would be in the place where she is today without them. She is happy, settled and healthy to the point where she can be independent but under the watchful eye of a very professional organisation. From the moment Mum came out of hospital last year Care Legacy has been working with her to ensure she has everything she needs to make life comfortable and enjoyable on a day to day basis. They are always there, reliable, professional and always on the end of a phone when you need them. It's not a nice thought but I know we can depend on them in the future when things might not be going so well and every member of the team will ensure she is well looked after at all times.

Care Legacy, one staff member and his team have been looking after my mother for just over 12 months and I can't praise them enough. They are such a kind, caring professional, team who I know really care about their clients. It is such a comfort to know that someone is regularly calling to support mum with her needs. She loves to see them and talks about them as her friends rather than carers. I can't recommend them enough.

Care Legacy stepped in at short notice to help care for my Dad, his condition deteriorated rapidly and they were able to adapt the level of care accordingly with no stress or hassle, the care they provided was excellent, all the carers treated my Dad with such respect in his last few weeks and were a great support to myself during such a difficult time. I cannot recommend them highly enough.

Care Legacy are very genuine and caring people who have the welfare of their patients at heart. They couldn’t do enough for us in the time they cared for my husband. I would strongly recommend them to anyone who needs some care.

I can honestly say Care Legacy are truly amazing. I highly recommend them. We are so lucky to have found a company that shows so much kindness, compassion, care and dedication to their clients. They are a highly professional team with years of experience. The level of care that they provide is very hard to find. You can see this is not just a job to them they really do care from the heart. Whilst looking after my father-in-law they showed him nothing but kindness they were very patient with him always putting his mind at ease and maintaining his dignity at all times. They always made him laugh with their banter and little jokes it made his day. He used to look forward to seeing them It was as if he forgot about his illness and could just be himself for a little while which was lovely to see as he was in so much pain every day. I will be forever grateful to Care Legacy for giving him the best care possible. I cannot thank them enough for their dedication to him.

My experience with Care Legacy has been excellent. The team came into our home to care for my husband, they were very professional, reliable, respectful and knowledgable. Very supportive to both my husband and myself, nothing was too much trouble, they clearly love their job and their enthusiasm was very evident and uplifting. They were friendly, funny and a pleasure to have in our home at what is a trying time. They have the ability to make you feel at ease, less stressed. Whilst we only had them for a short time, they started as strangers that came into our home, but very soon felt like friends we have known for ages. They are a credit to their profession.

Care Legacy are a newish agency in the area and are family run. From the initial assessment, to the care, it all seems professional. The care staff are kind, courteous and show dignity to me.

Great service by Care Legacy. The whole team has been a huge help and relief of stress regarding my grandmother's ever-increasing need for assistance with daily tasks. Very kind and helpful with difficult situations and a pleasure to have in place. Thank you to the whole team!

Dad required more and more help as he approached the end of his life. Care Legacy could not have been any more helpful in providing extra care at short notice and always with compassion, professionalism and humour, something Dad always appreciated. I cannot speak highly enough of how they got Dad, and us, through increasingly difficult times.

Care Legacy was very approachable from the first phone call; they took the time to understand my mother-in-law's needs and provided the care to support her and us, ensuring the correct care was provided. There was always someone available to speak to, and we were kept fully informed of any issues. The staff were friendly, reliable and very approachable.

Care Legacy treats my parents with kindness, respect and dignity. Both of my parents have dementia and mobility issues which is a worry but I feel confident that they are well looked after. It is also important to keep to a routine and having the same carers alternating helps build relationships between them and my parents and also myself. Care Legacy is a wonderful team.

Absolutely wonderful care given from the very first day, always very respectful, available to contact 24 hours a day, all staff members are kind, down to earth and friendly. They were all very knowledgeable about possible medication side effects, what happens when the client is in the same position a lot, very reassuring to the family. Left my family member feeling wonderful! They are more than carers, they became her best friends, added joy to her life from start to end. Nothing ever was too much!

An absolutely brilliant care company! Cared for my nan for just over a year and in that time they have been amazing! Always helpful, quick to solve issues and she was treated with such care and dignity! Brilliant, five-star carers and would highly recommend their services to anyone needing it within the Bentham area!

I am an 88-year-old male. I needed to use the services of Care Legacy from November 2022 until February 2023 to provide personal care, including washing/showering and dressing following a serious illness in the hospital. During this time, Care Legacy carers were prompt, reliable and always respectful of my dignity. If any changes were needed, we found communication with Care Legacy to be easy and they were very responsive. We would have no hesitation in recommending Care Legacy to anyone needing this type of help and support.

Excellent care provided. Kept us fully informed of all issues. Mum was more than happy to let the team attend to her needs. Went above and beyond by fetching her fish and chips and home-cooked meals as well as helping out by tending to her cat. We felt at ease with the team going into my mother-in-law's house and ensuring she was kept safe and well cared for. Also when the time came for a care home, Care Legacy ensured that the home was fully informed of my mother-in-law's decline and need for extra care.

The agency is the best that I've used. The personal care is delivered with sensitivity to my needs which are very variable. They are also superb with helping me to perform household tasks ensuring that I do what's possible safely and without undue exhaustion. Finally, they've given me the energy to resume hobbies. I feel more like myself again after years.

Care provided was at the times scheduled which I appreciated and the care was always kind. Communication was always made and staff were friendly, considerate and behaved in a kind way.

Care Legacy were fantastic at providing support and care for my grandfather before his passing this year. They ensured the same carers were around him so he could build relationships with them and offered my grandmother a high level of support. Can’t recommend them high enough, the whole team were amazing.
