View Full Details of J&C HealthcareI currently have two frail and vulnerable bed-bound parents who require four times a day visits x 2 carers on each occasion. We transferred to J&C around eighteen months ago due to the poor management service of our previous company. J&C reacted efficiently during the transfer process and provided much reassurance and personal attention at a time which could have been very stressful. We continue to receive a high level of care from regular staff and the personal relationship between them and my family are of paramount importance to the wellbeing of my parents. We are always treated with the utmost dignity and have never experienced a gap in the service despite staff absences. They also provide a twice-a-week sitting service which works extremely well, and can arrange additional cover at short notice. We find J&C a personal and professional service overall, and am very grateful for the provision of their support and help at a time which is difficult for so many families.
The carer was always on time, the patient was always treated as if it was a member of her own family. Always making sure the patient was happy and felt secure and all her needs were met. Very happy with the service provided at all times.
The carers were very kind and patient. They gave the ultimate first class service to ease my late sister through her last difficult days. It was also very comforting for us close relatives who could not be with her to know that she was in excellent care.
The support and care being provided for my elderly mother by J&C night staff has been outstanding. Always on time, fully efficient, polite and friendly staff we couldn't ask for any more from them. They are an absolute credit to J&C. Well done and thank you.
One staff member in particular and a new girl are very good but the receptionist at J&C Healthcare is absolutely rubbish and doesn't care about clients.
So far the ladies are very helpful and nice. Thank you.
As my needs are not great, the carers ask on each visit what I require them to do. At times they suggest a job which they think I might wish to have carried out. A carer comes twice a week during the morning. There is no specific time as I do not require early morning or meal time assistance. The carers I have had are all cheerful and helpful. They are all dressed smartly in their uniforms.
We are very satisfied with the care provided by J&C Healthcare and my father appreciates the visits which also provide peace of mind for my brother, my sister and me. We know daily what is the situation and we can see that meds etc. have been taken via the app.
Timings of carer's visits up and down and each carer had merits in different ways.
Generally excellent service with lovely carers. My mum feels cared for and well looked after. One particular member of staff is my favourite carer as she is efficient and knowledgable and always caring.

The company show not only a professional approach to their tasks but also a very caring and understanding attitude to not only the client but the family as well.
J&C Healthcare has made such a difference to my relative's life, without them I'm honestly not sure where we would be. The company have a fantastic warm welcoming approach nothing is too much trouble and the team goes above and beyond.
Most of the carers are okay, the downside is they think they know it all, you can never get hold of them out of hours if you leave messages they don't return calls, and their visits are too close together a lot of times.
My wife. has four carers a day. Morning. noon. Tea time. and bedtime. Unfortunately. she doesn't have a schedule of what times these involve. so a morning carer can't turn off anytime between 7:45 in the morning. and 10.20 in the morning. That being her first visit of the day. Time the morning carer has left. The noon carer will arrive anywhere between 11.45 to 13.15. The tea-time carer will arrive anywhere between 15.45 and 17.45 and the bedtime carer can arrive anytime between 19.45 and 22.00 hrs. Therefore, it would be nice to have a set schedule as some of these carers sometimes overlap. And when the second one comes in, there is nothing for her to do because the wife has eaten drunk and done whatever is necessary.
Very happy with Mum's care. The carers treat her with kindness and dignity and she has especially named three carers and said how much she likes them and how kind they are. Mum is 93 and very frail so it gives me peace of mind that she is looked after so well. Thanks also to a staff member who deals with my queries and helps fine-tune care.
My grandson is cared for by your company and my honest opinion is the care they have given to him has excellent. Timekeeping has always been good they are polite and professional, nothing is too much trouble for them. My grandson is happy with the care he receives and as a family, we are happy he is cared for in the proper manner. I would recommend their service to anyone who is looking for a care provider.
The care received by my son from all his carers who attend to him is absolutely amazing, they are kind, caring, and nothing is too much trouble. They go above and beyond to make sure all his needs are met. I feel confident in the staff that they are 100% focused on their work while attending to him. I would recommend the company to everyone.
