Rainbow have been looking after my husband since his release from hospital with a stroke in 2022. They are very reliable and pleasant and have never let us down. The Manageress is very accommodating and goes out of her way to help. She arranged for us to have a firecheck in the home and puts on a coffee morning once a month for clients, friends and relatives. They all work very hard and my husband looks forward to them coming. They are also professional in that we have a monthly check or audit to see if everything is being done properly e.g. tablets administered correctly. I have recommended them to a couple of my friends.

Have used Rainbow over the past 3 years. Their carers have always been kind, considerate and understanding. When we needed to change the hours at short notice, they have always done their best to accommodate us.

Truly outstanding service. Treat people as they themselves would wish to be treated by others, which is an ethos that permeates throughout the whole organisation. They are professional, reliable, capable, trustworthy, and I cannot recommend them highly enough. I was receiving poor service from another home care provider. As an alternative, I found Rainbow Home Care Services. After 6 months am very satisfied. The office set-up is professional, staff a pleasure to work with, happy to go the extra mile ensuring client satisfaction, resolving concerns quickly and effectively, always someone at the end of a phone for urgent matters. Communication between office and carers in the field is critical and this is achieved well. There is an app to track care visits. which I check when I want via phone or PC. The care plan is followed with attention to detail, treating my uncle with respect and dignity at all times. The timing of visits are consistent to plan and number of different carers not too many.

Rainbow Home Care Services have been a true blessing to my mother and our family. The professionalism they have shown is second to none, the carers are absolutely amazing we cannot fault them. Myself and family would have no hesitation in recommending this agency.

After having been in the hospital for a long time, Rainbow Care came to see me. Since then, they come four times a day to help with my personal needs, which means I am able to stay in my own home. They always do a good job and are unfailingly pleasant and polite. They always treat me with respect. In fact, they have now become more like friends.

From the outset, Rainbows staff and carers have been quite exceptionally professional in friendliness, attitude to their work and cleanliness. All well trained, by Rainbow management. I know Rainbow is as a Company only 2 years or so old, but they deserve to be very successful.

Rainbow Home Care have been my life savers. The carers are the best I have ever had. I am so well looked after by this company. The carers do my shopping, cleaning and caring. Staff are well trained.

Rainbow carers attended immediately after my husband returned home, bedbound and unable to move, after a long hospital stay. Skin and medications were meticulously checked. They started immediate skin treatment and they pointed out that three of the medications returned from the hospital were not usable as there was no opening date written on them. Such responsible and close observation has continued. The carers are friendly, respectful, gentle, knowledgeable and reliable. They have alerted me to changes in my husband's condition to enable him to have rapid medical treatment. They take great pains to keep him as comfortable to enable him to have rapid medical treatment. They take great pains to keep him as comfortable as possible. I cannot speak highly enough of the quality of care they give. Their management keeps in close touch with how my husband is and has taken the initiative to contact other agencies on my husband's behalf, such as the GP, community nurses or speech therapy experts. Such support is invaluable. I have every confidence in Rainbow.

My Mum is very happy with the service provided. She finds the carers professional and friendly and puts Mum's welfare first. I am pleased with the care provided as it helps Mum to keep her independence.

The Rainbow Team is a very caring team. They put their client's needs first. Their timings are generally very good and do let you know if they are going to be late. They spend the allocated time with my mum and don't rush her. The carers are friendly and have got to know my mum. Mum and family are happy with the care provided by Rainbow Home Care services.
