Enable Carers look after my mom who suffers with dementia. If I could give them 10 stars that would still not be enough. They are kind, caring, considerate, sensitive and flexible, always putting the needs of mom at the forefront of their care. Mom enjoys their company and feels comfortable and relaxed which in turn makes us feel the same. Fabulous carers who go above and beyond. Would not hesitate in recommending this company to others.

Have been using Enable Carers since August 2024 and am so happy with their services. All staff are very professional, polite, empathetic, patient and very friendly - all of the traits we wanted when I started our search for support in caring for my mom, who has dementia. With carers also speaking Punjabi this further helped my mom feel at ease with them. I would definitely recommend this company without a doubt, to anyone who needs help to care and support their loved one.

Enable Care provides exceptional care for mum. The team is outstanding, consistently demonstrating patience, calmness, and dedication in addressing her daily needs, including personal hygiene, meal preparation, and maintaining a clean living environment. Caregivers at Enable Care go above and beyond by supporting mum's spiritual well-being with visits to the temple, which she deeply enjoys. Their attention to mum's complex health needs- managing her dementia and diabetes with the utmost care ensures that her glucose levels and energy are well-maintained. Enable Care has significantly eased the pressure on our family, knowing that mum is in the hands of skilled and compassionate professionals. Communication with Enable Care has been excellent, with Management exemplifying exceptional responsiveness and attentiveness. We are incredibly grateful for the high standard of care provided and would highly recommend to anyone in need of reliable and considerate support for their loved ones.

The manager and her team of carers have been professional and extremely tactful in providing care for my father, a man who is known for being a little bit on the difficult side. They have provided feedback during the initial settling-in phase and now care for him 6 days a week. They have built-in processes to give my father structure which is now showing in his improved health, I would highly recommend Enable Carers.

Enable Carers were an absolute godsend. Straight from the initial assessment, I felt the warm family feeling so I knew I could trust that they would look after my mum's care needs. They treated my mum with care dignity and respect seeing to all her needs from personal care to meals, medication and much more, my mum was in very good hands which put my mind at ease. My mum came to live with me after being discharged from hospital Enable Carers were not only respectful to my mum but were also respectful to my home. This company are very caring, empathetic, warm and so respectful I am so glad I found them they felt like family I would recommend them to anyone. Thank you Enable Carers you were amazing.

I want to thank the team enormously for helping look after my mum at her final time of life. My mum wanted to be at home rather than in a hospice or care home and this was only made possible with the work of Enable Carers and other visiting professionals, as their name suggests, they enabled me to look after her too. They came and made a full assessment and together they took over medication, meal times, personal care and more. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend their service which is efficient, kind, professional and affordable. Thank you!

Enable Carers have been a godsend to us in a time of need. My grandma experienced a knee injury and has been the primary carer for my grandad who is a dialysis patient. With all the family living at a distance and also having work commitments, this service has really helped not only our grandparents but also us as a family. We would use it again in the future and recommend it to anyone else. Thank you.

We have now been using this agency for the last three months and have been absolutely impressed with the professionalism and expertise of the management and staff alike. The agency has shown us due care and sensitivity, reflecting and updating our care plan, periodically, in accordance with our service needs. Staff who attend our home, show care and professionalism. The staff show compassion and empathy, politeness and courteousness and are always well-mannered. They are always punctual and in attendance when shifts are allocated. To their capability, staff are organised and active in their role, showing adaptability and flexibility, to meet our specific needs, thank you! We would have no hesitation to recommend this agency to other service users as they have shown their expertise and availability to us at all times. I used the care provider for postoperative care. They were organised and attentive. The carer was kind, supportive, and completely tailored to my personal needs. Carer went the extra mile and I am so very appreciative. I would highly recommend.

Enable Carers Ltd has been a huge help in assisting with caring for my Mum who has dementia. I have peace of mind knowing she is being cared for by someone who has an understanding of her needs. Her condition is changing and the carer is mindful of this, offering advice and guidance to me, which I appreciate as I am new to caring for someone with dementia. Enable Carers Ltd has been a great help, and both punctual and flexible. Their help has been invaluable.
