Most Appreciated was the fact that the carer came at a regular time each week so that we could plan the day around the visit, including mealtimes. Also, the fact that we had a regular carer which meant they became familiar with the household and did not have to be shown what to do each time.

Acre Care Homecare: Staff and carers all do an excellent job for my wife. The daily visits, trips and respite care are working well. Some carers exceed with use and knowledge, especially contact and talking before jumping to physical action. I feel at times an on the job supervisor should pay a visit to check certain young and older carers how they approach a patient on entering! (continuation training) Dementia illness is causing so much concern now. This is a problem for all involved with this. All staff have to be observed and appropriate action taken by all concerned. Thank you all for what you do.

Excellent service - Could not ask for more. Carers are always aware of my disabilities and respond accordingly.

My husband and I joined Acre Care in May this year and have never looked back, the staff at the Bognor Regis office are a superb team, they work well together and are supervised by a good manager. We have never had a reason to complain about our care and would say all the carers look after their clients in a professional manner.

We have been involved with Acre Care since October 2023. The care my mother has received has been amazing - the team of carers are a complete credit to the agency - their kindness, care and compassion enabled my mother to stay living in her own home for the longest possible time. The admin team are wonderful and only ever a call or text away. They worked with us and a complex timetable of our own to deliver a fantastic stress-free service. A team of angels.

Thank you Acre Care for looking after our mum the past months, the care provided was exceptional maintaining dignity and professionalism at all times. The carers are warm and friendly showing respect and warmth and comfort whilst in Mum's home. Mum always enjoyed the company of them. Thank you to two members of staff in particular for organising the rotas and the constant changes towards the end. Well done to all highly recommended.

I/we are so glad and lucky to have Acre Care = carers = all of them that come to us are so helpful and bring happiness into our home. We look forward to their lovely visit and care each day = thank you all for the care = you all do a wonderful job making sure that we are both okay.

Fantastic, thoughtful and caring staff. My father was very nervous about having carers at all but once he met the caring team from Acre and they helped him shower, helped him dress and anything else he needed he really appreciated them. They made him feel comfortable and alleviated his fears. They were also there during a situation when we needed them and one particular member of staff handled it magnificently. I would highly recommend this home care provider.

Very good, always cheerful and polite no problems at all, always tell me if Mum has something wrong with her. Mum gets on well with all the carers and they like her a lot. Very good service all around.

I find all the carers kind and very helpful. They all treat my husband as a person. He likes all of them.

We have two carers three times a day to attend to my wife's personal needs. She is capable of walking with supervision about 20 yards and the carers encourage her to do so. She is 89 years old and I am 91 and we have been married 64 years. I attend to feeding us and all other housework duties. We have about 12 to 15 carers all from different countries and without exception do the work competently and with a smile on their faces.

I really cannot speak too highly of the team. They are so friendly, always cheerful, very easy to get on with and always ready to talk which is so nice, never in a rush to go, also treated with the utmost respect. I feel we are so very lucky to have such caring people visit my house.

They have all provided excellent care. Everyone is so caring and will do anything to make mum comfortable and at ease. They sit with her while asleep so that when she wakes up she sees a familiar face. They spend time talking to her and reassuring her. They help with all her daily living activities. Nothing is ever too much trouble.

We started having carers from AcreCare in late September and have found everyone who comes to us to be very caring, not only with my husband but with me too. They are polite and respect our home; they never leave in a hurry, and nothing is too much trouble for them. They deal with my husband's personal and medical needs most professionally but have a good sense of humour, and my husband enjoys bantering with them. They give the impression that they like their work and enjoy coming to us; we certainly appreciate their visits.

The team at Acre Care have been looking after Mum for a while now. Mum has stage 4 cancer, so not easy. I could not fault any of them, In fact, we could not have coped without them. Caring for Mum four times a day and always keeping us informed of what is happening. All of the team seem very happy in their work. It is clear that Acre values their staff. Thank you!

I can't praise AcreCare enough. They are all so wonderful. Mum is very poorly and the girls manage to put a smile on her face which doesn't happen often at the moment. We quite literally couldn't have done this without them. Mum is treated with all the love and dignity that she deserves. AcreCare we love you.
