Overall very good, good communication, very nice managers, and nice caring staff, would recommend to others. Been with Harmony for over two years, they have helped change my life for the good. They have helped me become who I am today.

Harmony has sorted a big problem for us, which was the nursing staff to take our little man to school, so far we have had a positive experience, competent and reliable staff, hopefully will keep steady like that.

Harmony has been providing 24-7 care for our daughter since the start of 2024. We have been delighted with the training and management infrastructure that Harmony brings, and in particular our assigned nurse team manager has been outstanding. She has brought a personal and bespoke element to the care package, very much listening to us as parents to strive to provide care staff that are the best possible fit for our family, whilst ensuring robustness and continuity. We are now working with some lovely care staff and have never felt so stress-free with regard to our daughter's care, knowing she is competent hands and the cover is incredibly reliable. Thank you!

Harmoney has been supporting my child since he was diagnosed with complex needs, and I have had a positive experience with their services. Over time, we've had many nurses and carers, and Harmoney has consistently made a strong effort to provide us with reliable and skilled professionals. They adhere to strict competency standards, and all instructions are meticulously followed through their internal systems. If a staff member is not meeting expectations, they are swiftly replaced. While the process can take time, Harmoney ensures that staff are not hired until the client is completely satisfied. Harmoney is that complaints are taken seriously. If you're not happy with the service, you can easily escalate your concerns to a higher department, and they will address them promptly. We are happy to continue with Harmoney as long as we receive reliable, understanding, and flexible staff. I would recommend Harmoney to anyone in need of competent care services.

Harmony Healthcare have been amazing in finding loving, caring and supportive carers for my mum. My mother has motor neurone disease, that has rapidly progressed over the course of the year. This means that my mum has very complex needs (NIV dependant, PEG fed, unable to speak or write, unable to move or reposition herself). The carers caring for my mum are perceptive, understanding, and caring and show love and compassion to my mum continuously. The carers have been able to adapt to mum's progressive condition. They continue to support my mum to enjoy her life to the fullest. I feel safe knowing they are there supporting my dad as well.

We have live-in carers who are polite and ensure that they don't get in the way of ordinary household activities. The main area that we feel needs to be addressed with our experience of using Harmony is that the management team will tell you that the carers can do certain tasks in our package, namely hair washing and drying and two-night calls, but when you ask them to do the carers they refuse (except emergency night calls), on the basis that they are not allowed to do it or are not paid to do it. Even after drawing attention to this problem to the management it is still not resolved and I don't see that it's the client's job to sort out disputes over what the carers are or are not paid for or allowed to do. During our start period, we have had three carers working for us who would have scored differently and so all we could do was to take an average to give a mark in the various sections.

Our nurses are excellent and clearly have a lot of experience. They look after our son really well and we are always confident to leave him in their care whilst we sleep. They are also reliable and consistent.

From September 2023 to date February 2024, Harmony have been dealing with every aspect of care and support for my daughter's package of care. Our package is a complex package of care, so far from the customer service level they have been professional, listened and understood my concerns. They operate with integrity. Most notably one staff member in particular always took the time to listen and answer the many questions I had. I always found her professional, friendly and courteous. I have no hesitation in recommending the service.

I'm overall very satisfied with Harmony Agency. They are very professional and efficient. All the agency staff are very friendly. I'm very satisfied with the nurses looking after my son. They are all outstanding!

All of my son's carers have been very polite and have taken good care of him with patience and understanding of his condition. I have begun to feel very comfortable when he is in their care due to their high standards and empathy which allows them to ensure my son is safe.

Caring understanding carers for my daughter and very punctual. They take her out whenever she is able to and make her feel empowered. They give her encouragement and independence but also step in when she is unable to cope. I wouldn’t be able to cope with my work and doing my daughter's care. They listen to our family's needs.

Harmony Healthcare have been fantastic with every aspect of their support and care. From the referral process, to discharge planning, right through to the care delivery, everything has been great. Communication and organisation is seamless. Always working in a person centred way, having the service user's best interests at heart. This has been a very complex package of care and discharge planning process, which Harmony Healthcare have been pivotal in supporting.

We are extremely happy with the care and service our son receives through Harmony. It gives us respite and peace of mind to know that he is being so well cared for. Our son has a great rapport with staff and is always excited to hear them come in. It has really helped us as a family feel supported and get the much needed rest to care for our son.
