We were extremely happy with the care mum received from Radfields Home Care in her 18 months with them before she went into a Care Home. The carers who looked after mum were so kind, caring, understanding and respectful of her dignity and her efforts to maintain some independence. Mum is non verbal and they quickly became familiar with her ways of communicating and established a trusting rapport with her. Nothing was too much trouble and they were flexible with last minute adjustments because of mum's sleeping issues. Communication with them was so easy via a WhatsApp group (they felt like family) and the visit notes on their app was very helpful in letting us know how each visit went; what Mum ate, what they did in the way of activities and if there were any problems. We really miss them no longer being part of mum's support network but are so grateful for everything they did whilst she was under their care and have no hesitation in recommending them.

My experience with the Radfield Home Care Barnet & Finchley is excellent. They helped me to recover well from a knee replacement and have continued to provide help as and when needed. The carers are always professional, caring and thoughtful in the help they give me. I have no hesitation in recommending them to you.

I am very pleased with the quality of care Radfield Home Care provides for my friend. They have provided an excellent team of carers to look after my friend, carers who are very friendly and who relate well to her. The manager is always supportive and responds promptly to any issues, communication has always been good. I would definitely recommend Radfield Home Care Barnet & Finchley.

The director and the Radfield team supported us through a very difficult time by being available and flexible as we defined our requirements over a period of a few weeks and continue to communicate clearly and respond quickly to our questions. Having started with daily care visits; the care team are fabulous. There is a consistent, friendly team, who treat mum with respect, preserve her dignity, help her as agreed, chat with her. They are enabling her to continue to live independently in her own home.

The service I have received so far has been excellent, helpful and cheerful. Anything I have requested has been accommodated and resolved immediately. I am very happy with the help I received so far from both the management team and my lovely carer who is visiting me regularly.

Radfield Home Care has been an absolute game changer in helping us care for my mother-in-law. All team members who visit her are kind and caring, patient, and highly professional. Their attention to detail is amazing and often let us know things they have noticed and make suggestions on ways to improve the care they are providing. They are so thoughtful and take the time to build up a genuine rapport with the client which is lovely. Overall organisation away from the front line is also excellent. Very strong communication from the team. We're always kept fully up to date in real time and our messages and questions are also answered very promptly. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Radfield Home Care, we have every confidence in them.

My experience with Radfield Home Care has been great, they are always on hand ready to help you in any which way they can. Have provided me care at the last minute too. Their carers are amazing, I feel so happy and secure leaving my mum with them. Excellent service provided, worth every penny!

Our experience with Radfield has been exceptional. Our needs were listened to and met to a very high standard. Professional friendly team who bend over backward to accommodate our needs sometimes at the last minute. There is great communication at all times and queries are responded to generally very fast. Our carer is lovely, thoughtful, and a pleasure to have in our home. Highly recommend Radfield for anyone looking to care for a family member.

We reached out to the director and the team at Radfield Home Care, to help support my mother after an operation. They were professional and supportive from the start, working out a care plan that worked best for my mum. Would definitely recommend and we may well need to use their services again in the future.

Radfield Home Care provide excellent care. Their staff are unfailingly kind, patient and helpful, and they will go the extra mile to look after their client, in the case of my neighbour, they discovered that he was being ripped off by a family member and ensured that this stopped. Communication is responsive and they react fast to any problems. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for home care.

It is such a relief to find a care agency whose employees are all so professional, caring and who go above and beyond and use their initiative to ensure that the welfare of the client is paramount at all times. Communication with management is easy, very friendly and highly productive. I cannot recommend this agency too highly.

I cannot rate or recommend Radfield Home Care highly enough; they definitely deserve more than 5 stars! From first contact, both the management team and the team of carers have been incredibly professional and thorough in their approach and are always on hand to answer any queries or questions. They proactively provide helpful advice and recommendations that will help make my mother more comfortable. The carers are so kind and thoughtful and my mother is getting on very well with them all. Her conditions are challenging and she is being helped with patience and thoughtfulness. I am so pleased that we found Radfield!

The team have gone over and above to ensure my mum receives the best care possible. Mum is unable to walk and has a number of chronic illnesses. This has not phased the team. They also support Mum with memory enhancement techniques and physical exercise whilst sitting. They are kind and respectful. I would definitely recommend the service to others.

I am so grateful that we were recommended to Radfield Home Care. I have found that nothing is too much trouble for them. I can telephone with an emergency, and they will find someone to come to look after my husband. If I have to cancel then that too is dealt with with kindness and efficiency. My husband has always been treated with respect and kindness and has enjoyed a lovely relationship with whichever carer has been sent, although they try to supply him with the one he knows best.

Our engagement with Radfield Home Care has been well-managed from the start. We have met both the management and the various carers involved with looking after my mother and we couldn’t have asked for friendlier, considerate people. My mother has accepted her need for care and this has largely been due to the gentle handling of her requests. We would be happy to recommend them to others.
