The whole team at Ashbee Home Care were superb. The care, kindness and compassion they showed towards my father was incredible. They were all very professional with their duty of care and support they provided but delivered it with a personal touch and we cannot thank them enough. We couldn't have asked for a better company or team to help. They truly are the best care team I have come across and should set the bar for all others across the country. Thank you for your support.

I live a long way away from my stepdad. Mum died suddenly leaving my stepdad on his own and needing additional support that I am unable to provide. The service is professional and supportive, caring and compassionate. They really care about their client's needs and have been so supportive as we navigate this difficult period.

My stepdad, who has limited mobility, was living on his own after my mother passed away suddenly. He was initially reactant to have any help as they were always independent, but after he had a fall it quickly became apparent we desperately needed some care assistance for him (both my sister and I live several hours away). From the start, when contacted they were kind and understanding of his needs. It gives us tremendous reassurance to hear how grateful he is for all the professional care and assistance he receives from the care workers, whilst still respecting his desire for his own independence in aspects of his life. Recently they've gone out of their way to ensure he is getting appropriate medication from his GP and helping him with getting the best possible assistance from the occupational therapy team at the NHS. It gives us great reassurance to know he is getting such tremendous care with constant updates on his wellbeing.

Ashbee Home Care has been outstanding in the care they provide me and at a very difficult time in my life. The care staff that come to see me have adapted to all my care needs and preferences. They are professional, caring, kind and always manage to put a smile on my face. The manager and his management team are fantastic and could not be more helpful. I would highly recommend this company if you are looking for care.

Ashbee Home Care has been outstanding! We have used their services for the last year to help with our family member who has dementia with associated anger and paranoia. They have managed to build a friendship with her in spite of resistance to needing care and challenging behaviour. We are so grateful we found Ashbee at a time when we were struggling with caring for ourselves. They are a small friendly and very caring team and we definitely recommend their services.

My sister and I were very anxious when we realised Dad needed more care at home than we could provide. We were anxious about who would be in his home when we couldn't. We knew it was important to find people who genuinely cared. When we met the manager and his wife we realised it was an agency driven by the passion of wanting to do it right. It is hard to describe the relief we felt as the manager and his wife took time to get to know Dad, and they focused on what made him happy- especially when he returned home from hospital where he probably contracted COVID-19. The team worked on helping my Dad regain his strength and sense of humour. The Ashbee agency is worth every penny, you could not ask for more. They are proactive in their approach and know how to access the right people to make things happen. If they have vacancies and your loved ones need care I would highly recommend them.

Home care has had many negative headlines recently and so the thought of getting help for my elderly Mum was daunting. Thankfully, Ashbee Homecare was recommended to me and I am so grateful. The carers have all been outstanding providing professional care above and beyond. I would not hesitate to recommend management and their wonderful team.

Ashbee have proved to be excellent in the care they are giving our mother in Weymouth. The team caring for our mother have really got to know her and are able to help her in a very practical, engaging and cheerful way. They focus on achieving the outcomes agreed upon, with encouragement when needed, rather than just recording 'client declined' which we have seen elsewhere. As a small and experienced team, there is consistency in who is visiting and the care provided, backed up by clear management and what appears to be a strong set of values. Although it is a small team, all shifts have always been fully covered. We are very pleased to have engaged Ashbee and can thoroughly recommend them.

The Ashbee team have simply been outstanding in their care, compassion, cheerfulness, support and encouragement. They have all been a joy to work. They have taken on board my husband’s complex needs and medical history and worked with him to regain his strength, mobility and confidence. We can’t thank them enough. Worth every single penny.

The team at Ashbee Home Care have literally been life savers for me and my parents. They are so professional, reliable and best of all friendly and supportive. It's so reassuring to have a team with such a wealth of knowledge and previous medical experience, they literally are part of the family now. I love that it's a smaller team as Mum and Dad have bonded so well with them all and love their visits - we wouldn't have been able to deal with the last year if it wasn't for their help and I'm so grateful I found them.

We chose this private care service after considering a number of providers. They stood out because all of their employees had past NHS experience. The initial response from the owners was caring and helpful following which they undertook an initial review in which they highlighted many of the concerns that existed. Since starting they have produced a comprehensive care plan, maintained good records, offer help and support with empathy and provided regular feedback to the whole family. We live over 5 hours away and the positive way they have encouraged recovery has eased our concerns and we can now see positive progress. Nothing seems too much trouble for them, including talking with doctors, district nurses and occupational health. They discussed and agreed to increase hours when needed, with them offering to reduce hours back now that positive progress has been made. No hesitation in recommending to another family member when support with return from hospitalisation was needed.

Ashbee Home Care support my elderly mum to continue to live independently. Ashbee are a small but dedicated team, highly professional, reliable and punctual and who not only provide care for my mum but actually care about her. Mum has mainly had the same carer throughout and this consistency has helped build a bond between the two where there is trust, openness, kindness and often humour. Although there are set things to do and routines to follow there is a good degree of flexibility and adaptability when my mum wants other things done and I know my mum is really grateful for this and communication is the key with Ashbee - whenever there is a potential problem/concern it is nipped in the bud quickly. Mum is listened to and the family are informed so we can all look for and discuss possible solutions and compromises can be agreed which keeps Mum safe, happy and able to continue living independently. Thank you Ashbee on behalf of my mum and the family for the excellent service you provide

We count ourselves very lucky to have found Ashbee Home Care Ltd to care for my mother-in-law. They are professional, caring and consistent in the level of care they provide which ensures that she is able to safely continue to live at home. Their communication is excellent so that the family have developed a great relationship with the team. Consistent carers have ensured that they are able to bring things to our attention that require action, along with suggestions for good solutions. They have gone above and beyond anything we could have expected including calling for an ambulance in an emergency and staying on to see it through. I cannot speak highly enough of Ashbee. They feel like a part of our family, and would highly recommend them.

Can’t speak highly enough of the care given daily to my 88-year-old mother. Their communication with family members is excellent. She is fortunate to see the same two carers daily since her care began last December and we consider ourselves very lucky to have found such a professional, caring company that goes beyond our expectations.

Ashbee Home Care is a service above and beyond everything that we were expecting when we needed care for my husband. They not only looked after him they also made sure I was ok while he was in hospital and at home. The family would recommend them as they have become part of us and we look forward to them coming in. If you need some help nothing is too much trouble for them.

We began using Ashbee when the company we were using were not consistent in their care. The difference in my mother was very obvious from day one. She was a lot happier and looked forward to the visits. She was brighter and it was lovely to hear her laugh again. The team were excellent in communicating any concerns and nothing was too much trouble. I would recommend them to anyone looking for a care company to look after a relative or friend.

We were very very pleased with the care which we received. They were helpful, respectful and sensitive to our needs. Nothing was too much trouble. Their daily visit was a highlight of my husband's day - and mine! It was comforting to have an experienced person coming into the house which often gave me the opportunity to have much-needed time out of the house. I would have no hesitation in recommending them. They were brilliant!

So happy to have found Ashbee Home Care, we have been using them now for over 6 months and they feel like part of the family. Nothing is too much trouble and they go above and beyond in the support they provide for my mum, she really looks forward to their visits, they are just so kind and caring and keep in regular contact with me. Knowing my mum is being so well cared for gives me peace of mind. Highly recommend Ashbee Home Care.
