I'm very pleased with all my carers and the are very friendly and helpful, and it so nice to have someone here.

Very comprehensive review with the care coordinator. The agency are very responsive and the carers are genuinely good to my mother. The management and admin support seem to be very good consistently. They always give the time to address any points we raise and always have a positive solution focused manner. Very grateful to have this service giving mum's care.

I am very happy with my care. Nothing is too much trouble, and everyone is very kind and helpful. We all get on very well and have a lot of laughs. I would recommend Ringstead Healthcare to the highest degree. Everyone is great!

Recently the carers for my mother have been really thoughtful and excellent, forming relationships that she really values, and making sure they meet her needs sensitivity. This has made a real difference to her happiness and fulfilment on this difficult journey with dementia. Thank you all.

Ringstead has been amazing in the two years I have been with them. It's hard when you go from no care but the transition was made so easy and comfortable by management. Every carer I have had has been fantastic - they remember my family and what's been happening, my hobbies and interests. It always feels like I am being cared for by friends and family. I couldn't tell you who my favourite carer is because they are all good in their own ways. There has never been a time I was uncomfortable with my care.

The care given to my Mum after she came home from hospital for the 12 hours with these carers is amazing and nothing is too much trouble for any of them. They are there for all her needs and at 91 and house bound they comfort her also when she is in a lot of pain and try to encourage her to do things, and she loves all of them. They are angels to her. Thank you, this team is highly recommended.

Mum is generally happy with her care. She has taken a while to adapt to her circumstances as she is normally very independent. My sister would like more prepared meals given to mum opposed to crackers etc but other than this the carers are very bice and happy to accommodate mum in all areas.

The whole experience with Ringstead Healthcare has been a huge benefit as I have no experience in care to support my Mother to the level she now needs! all the staff have been amazing.

Whilst the needs of the client appear complex we have been with this care company for some time now, however I believe the constant revolving door of staff and the length of time spent on shadowing is not done appropriately. My mother has said that at times her wishes are not respected. This is a private family home. Some staff seem quite inexperienced arriving to meet my mother once and then appearing as her main carer with shadowing only covering one day. However all staff do try very hard to meet my mother's needs and are pleasant.

My experience with Ringstead Healthcare has been excellent. The food preparation, the dishwashing and the kitchen cleaning has been good, also helping with shopping and clothes is ok, I would like you guys to keep up with the good work.

The staff are very pleasant and my brother likes them and enjoys their company. Prompt, helpful showing empathy to my brother who is not easy to deal with at times due to his illness. Service is excellent telephone manner is good and always polite.

We have been having carers since May to help my husband get up in the morning, washing and helping to get dressed. They are always happy and my husband enjoys their happy conversations. They all work hard to give a high standard of support to both of us.

Very friendly and caring people, they try really hard to accommodate everyone’s schedules and needs and I’m really happy to have them as my caregivers, they stick to a scheduled time each day so you always know when they are coming and they work really hard to be on time.

My partner had severe heart problems and due to a neurological condition was unable to walk or feed himself. He needed several visits a day over a period of months. I cannot recommend Ringstead Healthcare highly enough. His frequent admissions to hospital meant that we had to cancel visits and arrange visits at short notice when he was discharged. This was dealt with in a very sensitive manner and Ringstead did everything possible to make sure he had the care he needed when he needed it. I cannot fault their care for him, they are friendly and professional and arranged for him to have appliances and adaptations to make his life easier. They were also instrumental in arranging for him to have a hospital bed delivered which made him much more comfortable. I found them reliable and interactive. My partner was very pleased with their standard of care when he was at his most vulnerable. Thank you so much for everything you did for him.

I find that my carer is kind and helpful. I look forward to seeing my carer. I am very satisfied with the care provided. In the event that I will need more care than I am currently receiving I am confident that Ringstead will help me.

Highly recommended. Ringstead provided in-home care for my father-in-law, who found his carers to be professional, friendly, respectful and helpful. He enjoyed their visits, which were consistently on time and covered all of his needs, and frequently cheered him up for the day. He and his family were able to rely on his carers getting him safely in and out of bed, looking after his health, and highlighting any concerns they had. Communication from Ringstead is particularly good. We found them to be very responsive to enquiries, and the online reporting system was very convenient for keeping track of visits. We are grateful for the dignified and conscientious care provided by Ringstead and their team of carers and recommend them without reservation.
