My grandad has been with Home Instead Mansfield since it started two years ago and I cannot express the relief myself and the other members of our family feel, now we have such good quality care in place. We all still work and are raising families of our own so going in for visits multiple times a day was really hard to manage. Since finding Home Instead, I know that when I am not there, Grandad has someone to talk to about all his stories and has someone to make him lunch and prompt him to take his meds. He really is in safe hands! With his recent decline in health, Home Instead Carers have started to assist him with personal care, and action that with dignity and respect. They tend to him the way we would and I feel confident that he is having the best quality care on the market. Home Instead, I can't thank you enough. There really are not words for your outstanding care professionals, they really are angels in disguise.

Home Instead Mansfield cared for my Dad in the last few months of his life. I cannot praise them highly enough, all the Care Professionals were on time, friendly and so lovely towards both Dad and also my Mum. I would recommend Home Instead Mansfield to anyone in need of home care - we couldn’t have wished for nicer people to assist us when we needed it.

We have recently changed to home instead, following a recommendation, to provide care and companionship for my mother-in-law. What can I say - they've blown us away! The carers are fantastic and my mother-in-law has taken to them straight away. The continuity of care is excellent - this stands out when compared to other care providers as it allows them to develop a lovely relationship. The carers have helped us in ways that we didn't know would be possible and have made a real positive difference in all of our lives. They do go above and beyond. Thank you!

For many years my wife and I have looked after my 93-year-old parents who both suffer from dementia as well as other problems such as heart failure and recurring infections. In early 2023 we had to bring in some help and chose Home Instead Mansfield whose package seemed to be a cut above other care providers. Fortunately they have more than fulfilled our expectations by providing us with a team of very competent, reliable and kind care pros who have been able to support my parents so well that we now regard them as friends of the family. More recently, Mum's deteriorating health required the introduction of continuous overnight care for which initially, my wife and I had to take on a significant share of the work. Once again, however, Home Instead came up trumps and soon found us some more brilliant ladies who have proved to be a perfect fit for dealing with the challenges of a very demanding job as well as providing us with the peace of mind that Mum was being properly looked after.

Excellent service all round. They provide the best care I could ask for. I couldn’t recommend them enough. I get urgent updates if there is anything needing my attention and there is a real desire to give my mum the best care possible.

I brought in Home Instead Carers to give me some hours of respite from looking after my wife who suffers from dementia. Each one of them has been patient, kind, gentle and caring with her. They've played games, looked through photos taken her for walks or simply chatted to her, none of which tasks are simple or easy. More recently, my wife has had to go into a care home permanently as I had a fall, putting me in hospital for several days which has taken me many weeks to recover from. Once out of hospital, I had no hesitation in getting assistance from Home Instead to help with home difficulties; as previously, they were very good, the house was spotless and I was relaxed as a consequence. ,

From the moment we were introduced to Home Instead we have found the experience excellent and seamless. What has been a very difficult period for my father and family, Home Instead has been informative and very helpful in setting up a care plan for us. From day one the care received from Dad's carer has been second to none, friendly and conscientious. Everyone has made my dad feel safe and happy and is providing the care to keep Dad at home. This is exactly what he wants, to be at home and feel cared for. Great service and highly recommended.

Very pleased with the care provided. It;'s also nice to see a cheerful face after a day without seeing anyone. The carers are willing to take on any task in the home.

Had another care company before we tried Home Instead, the comparison of quality of care and expertise is unbelievably 101% better. No more sleepless nights worrying if they will call on time to give medication and offer care and support for personal care to our dad and help around the house with laundry and daily cleaning. From management to care/support workers they are all excellent with a lovely happy attitude which has helped to make our dad and ourselves feel at ease that Dad is safe and in excellent hands, a big thank you.

I have used Home Instead since my NHS help ended after a fall. Five months now and am very happy with the care and help I am receiving. Everything I have asked for has been attended to. I consider Home Instead to be very satisfactory.

We are very impressed with Home Instead (Mansfield), management are exceptional, constant contact which is very reassuring with the distance between my mother and I. All staff are really caring and nothing is too much trouble. I cannot praise this home care provider enough and would highly recommend to anyone that is looking for outstanding support for any relative or friend.

Care provider with a difference, they actually do care. I cannot believe the difference in my friend whom I have recently visited. They have gone from someone not having any passion or sense of purpose, to someone who is now full of life, mobility has improved so much due to this company, They go well above expectations. The personal care provided and those small touches has made a real difference to my friend's life. A big thank you.
