Great office staff who guided us through everything really clearly and professionally. Mainly great carers who were charming, able, flexible and practical. It was easy to begin care, also speedy which really helped us but similarly when we needed to cease carers ( for now) we were fairly guided through that process too.

Home instead have been looking after my dad for a couple of months now. From the administration to the care has all been excellent. Admin staff are efficient and quick to respond to any issues/concerns. Care staff look after my dad really well- they genuinely care! We had a bad experience with a previous company and it was stressful for both my dad and his family. Since Home Instead became involved, Dad is more settled and I feel like a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. It's not the cheapest care, but worth every penny.

A friendly, kind and caring service from the very start of the process to provide my mum with some supportive care. She was reluctant at first to have any care at all but very soon became pleased to have a warm and helpful person appearing twice a week. Thank you so much to all the team for your support and care.

My parents have received super care from Home instead over the last 6 years. April 2024 their grandson was getting married. My parents were invited to the wedding but weren’t sure if they were up to such an occasion. The invitation was left open for them to decide on the day. On the day the carer attended to my parents with care and compassion. They both looked stunning in their attire and attended to the delight of their grandson and bride. This is the first time in 6 years that my parents have both dressed up and left the house together and attended a very special event. Thank you so much.

We did not use your service for a long period but we found you to be caring and professional in all of your dealings with my mother. From the professional office staff who set up the care plan to the care staff who looked after my mother with patience, care, and dignity. Your company is first class and I would recommend you to anyone looking for care at home.
