We have used Visiting Angels 24 hours live in carer service for a total 32 days. We have a special needs situation where the live in carer required speak Cantonese (a form of Chinese ) and cook Chinese food for an elder person 98 years of age. We found the service was excellent and fulfil everything we have asked for. The requirements was, 1. A female live in carer for 98 years old lady suffering from dementia. 2. Capable to communicate in Cantonese. 3. Capable to cook Chinese food. The carer was patient with my mother, who is hard of hearing and is very sensitive to change due to her dementia. She manages her well the first week and and my mother did settle down and gradually settled into her routine. We would definitely use Visiting Angels again when we next goes away.

I used Visiting Angels last year for a short time and was very happy with the service I received. I needed help again this year and used a local agency. I used their service mainly for cleaning and was very unhappy with the level of service I received. I used to have to clean after they had been. I tried Visiting Angels again and was over the moon with the level of cleaning I received and my parents love the caregiver. Can't thank them enough

We have been very impressed with the daily care and support Visiting Angels has offered my family, supporting my mum who had Alzheimer's. The manager is kind, efficient and always at the end of the phone (even at the weekend). The care mum received was reliable and friendly and extra duties carried when asked. It is such a difficult decision to arrange care in your own home but Visiting Angels made it straightforward and took a lot of stress away from my dad. We would not hesitate to recommend Visiting Angels to others. Our deepest gratitude to the whole team.

Caregivers are amazing and compassionate. Always gentle and patient with my father-in-law who has dementia. A special thank you to two ladies in particular, you have been such wonderful with both my father and mother in law. Carers have always been polite and respectful of our home and gone above and beyond to make this difficult time manageable. Any changes to visits have been dealt with quickly and efficiently. As a family of nurses, we could not have asked for a better service. Thank you to you all. Kind regards.

Have to say the ladies who visit Aunty are amazing! Three staff members, in particular, nothing is too much trouble, kind and very very caring. Aunt loves to see the ladies and it gives the family peace of mind. If laundry needs doing it's no problem. Thank you all for your help with Aunt.

A great start to what we hope to be a fruitful ongoing relationship with the Angels of Warwickshire. From the first introductory phone call to setting up a twice-weekly visit for my father, who has moderate Alzheimers, the manager and the rest of the team have been outstanding. I would recommend them highly to anyone needing help and support at home for their loved ones.

We needed a care provider urgently when my Father was going to be on his own for an extended period of time due to my stepmother being detained in hospital. Visiting Angels came to our aid with a very comforting and easy manner. The manager took us through the process without too many hurdles and allocated a regular Carer to visit my Father every morning and carry out whatever tasks he needed help with.

Visiting Angels provided a companionship service for my sister who has Alzheimer's. Having struggled to find such a service in my area, Southam, it was a joy not just to find one willing to travel all the way to us, but to discover a friendly, caring, listening team, who delivered exactly what we needed. My sister really enjoyed the company of her carer and enjoyed her trips out. So, great team, great ethics, good value.

I can totally recommend Visiting Angels. They recently looked after my elderly mother after a bad fall and were brilliant. The carers were kind, patient and adaptable and the office organised excellent round the clock care at very short notice.

Just wanted to express my sincere thanks to Visiting Angels in Warwickshire for the empathic, comprehensive and flexible support provided to my mum since she lost her husband in September of 2023. With myself and my two sisters all living in different parts of the country and all a long drive from Mum's, the care, support, company and companionship of those providing additional support has been fantastic. It is clear that all at Vistiting Angels have a passion for the work they do, not just a job. My mum has been delighted with the support she has received and we could not recommend them enough. It's very difficult to make a choice in home care for a recently bereaved parent, I'm so glad we were fortunate enough to select our Angels. A special thanks to the team and an extra special shout to one carer, in particular, who Mum considers a close friend after all the time they have spent together

Visiting Angels were very supportive and guided us through the process to put a suitable care package in place for our father. They completed a thorough assessment of his needs and were flexible in putting the final care package together. We always found the care assistants and the admin office friendly and approachable.

I was so grateful for the care Visiting Angels provided for my dear Mum. Although she was reluctant at first to accept that she needed extra help the care and professionalism shown to her soon made her realise what a helpful service was being provided. The care was exemplary and as a family, we would have no hesitation in recommending this company. From our first meeting with the manager, everything was organised in a timely way. She gave us confidence that the carers would do everything to provide the care specific to my Mother's needs. Two members of staff who provided most of my Mother's care were so kind and caring especially when she wasn’t well. Nothing was too much trouble and all tasks were carried out with great dignity. Thank you for all you did.

What an excellent experience! The Visiting Angels went way beyond my expectations and were a huge help with my elderly Mother whilst Father was in hospital. Their care and knowing Mother was looked after was a massive relief especially as I live overseas. I thoroughly recommend the 'Visiting Angels!'.

Far superior to our previous carers. The care we receive is friendly and professional. We were worried that my mother’s care would involve various members of the Visiting Angels team and would lack continuity but all the ladies provided have been excellent and we the family are very satisfied with all the team providing care.

My overall experience with Visiting Angels is positive. Management is amenable and flexible, and the carers are committed and empathetic to my mother's needs, spoken or otherwise. It is a huge change for my mother to have new people in her house, and dealing with all personal aspects of her care, the Visiting Angels carers have assimilated into her life surprisingly well. A time we thought would never happen, when both of us would be out of service. My husband was not mobile due to a broken hip and I was in hospital with pneumonia. Our daughter lives 50 miles away so it was imperative we had immediate help for my husband at home. These lovely ladies from Angels helped cheer him up with their visits, helping him with meals, drinks and company. Always on time, so he knew when to expect them.

We continue to be impressed by the care provided by Visiting Angels. The service is supporting us in caring for Mum in her own home. I’m bowled over by how responsive and flexible the service has been, with late notice requests for additional visits being accommodated without any drama - even over the Christmas period. Mum is fond of the ladies who care for her, who are kind and reliable. The service gives us reassurance that Mum is being well looked after when we’re not able to be around - which is priceless!

I cannot fault the fantastic service provided to my father in his time of need by Visiting Angels Warwickshire. They paired my very independent father up with a wonderful team of carers and he thoroughly enjoyed their regular visits. I would not hesitate to recommend this amazing company, they have a great team of carers and the service they have provided has taken a huge weight off my mind knowing my Dad is being cared for.

A sudden and difficult change in circumstances was made easier by the speed and professionalism of Visiting Angels, who quickly provided excellent live-in carers when needed. We are very grateful for all their efforts and happy to recommend their services.
